Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Central Dunedin

Such a lovely spot, felt very homely and was described exactly as it was. Host was flexible with checking in/out which was great. About 15 mins drive from Dunedin centre which was perfect for us. Would go back any time!

A very welcoming apartment. Stylish throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture in the living room and nice tall windows in most of the rooms. It's also nice to have both a washing machine and dryer. This is an apartment to make sure to come back to on the next visit to Dunedin.

Honestly? The best Airbnb we stayed during our trip in NZ! Very high end furnitures and appliances. Beautiful and unique details. So far. it's the first place I really felt at home.

I stayed here for 3 weeks. Superb location in proximity to downtown Dunedin including the hospital. Few minute walk from George Street. Host very responsive and went out of their way to help me with extra ammenities, transport etc. Place is fully self catered has everything you need including washing machine/dryer. Bathroom clean and has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Has heat pump which heats place quickly. Only 2 downsides, the street is quite noisy, it is a main road with lots of trucks, but if you close the windows it isn't too loud. The only other downside is you can hear the foot steps of the apartment above quite loudly. However, if you are looking for a convenient location with a neat apartment that caters for most things then I highly recommend it. If you are looking for a quiet location try somewhere else.

Wow I am in love with this place. What an amazing loft apartment - I wish I lived there! Location was great - easy to get to and plenty of parking which makes for a stress free stay. The loft itself is beautiful and perfectly formed. I had read the reviews and a few people commented on sound/noise but honestly as you would expect with any apartment block you tend to get some noise but it was not loud or disruptive (incredibly minor/normal apartment noises) so does not affect your stay in any way in case that is a concern. As a light sleeper I had a pause when I read the reviews which is why I am making a point of commenting on it but the bedroom is so cosy (for once an amazing bed in an air bnb!) and I slept soooo well. When lounge-ing upstairs you can hear some train noise in the distance but this is part of the ambience/vibe being in a converted industrial building! So if you were on the fence JUST BOOK IT. This is now my new fave air bnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Growing up in Dunedin, I know the area really well, so I searched for accommodation that was in a safe, pretty area, while being a short drive to places we wanted to go and family we wanted to see. Initially I looked at the Roslyn area, but Jon's place was really the same distance to town, the Botanical Gardens, and my family, and cost less. It was also a really nice-looking place with great reviews and right next to the cycleway, so that we could just cycle out and start our trip around the harbor by bike (ibike delivered the bikes). One thing I have to say is, the photos don't look exactly the same as the reality - Jon's place is way bigger than the photos appear. We had lots of space for our family of 5. If you have a car, this is absolutely a great choice. Just make sure you pick up groceries when you are out and about - the little store nearby carries a few things, but we ended up going to Port Chalmers to get groceries. Jon was a responsive and thoughtful host.

We had a fabulous stay at Jo & Jeff's place, it was perfect space. A great location and facilities. The bed linen and towels were very high quality, the kitchen was well equipped and the location unbeatable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

I lovely fresh new 3 bedroom home, a short drive to the city shops. Perfectly clean and spacious we had everything we needed. (Well appointed and furnished). Great instructions and responsive to messages. We would definitely stay again and recommend. Cheers

I spent a month at Nadine's house and absolutely loved it. A perfect "home away from home" with everything you need, as described. I was there in the autumn and would love to be there in the warmer months so I could make use of the nice deck and outdoor areas. The house was very nicely situated on the flat in North East Valley, a two minute walk from the bus stop to the city, and also from Chingford Park. I didn't have a car, and it was easy to cycle there from the campus and city on the flat. Nadine and her husband Jake were very helpful and always responded quickly if I ever had any questions about anything. I would definitely stay there again.

Great wee place to stay, clean and tidy. Lots of things to do, books, games, TV, etc. Has most amenities you’ll need!

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Helen’s over the weekend. Her place is fantastic - so incredibly clean, warm and inviting. Helen is an amazing host, very responsive and proactive.
