Lovely place for my friend’s bachelorette with 9 people — absolutely stunning views, cute setup inside, a good amount of room. Marvie was an excellent communicator and fantastic host. The only complaints we had were things that were already described in the description due to being out in a remote location (eg. a few bugs around the house, the water in the showers felt a little odd/filmy). But it was well worth this for the vistas and everything else was super clean & perfect for us. They even leave you a bottle of local wine and have options to set up activities through them (the chef dinner we did was incredible and Chef Brittany crushed it)! This is not about the airbnb, but if you work with Kohmsa stays to plan anything — do not work with Ambrosia, as she is unreliable, uncommunicative, and not helpful.

My wife had stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed it. That’s what prompted us to stay this time. We only had the ability to stay one night, but it was nice and comfortable. It is definitely quiet.

We had an incredible stay at this serene Airbnb nestled in the vineyards. The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by natural beauty, yet just a short drive to both Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo. It was the ideal balance of relaxation and easy access to coastal activities, wineries, and charming downtown spots. The home itself was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with cozy touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. Waking up to vineyard views and enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio was such a treat. The hosts were responsive and kind, providing helpful recommendations for local dining and things to do in the area.

A welcome retreat from the haze and the noise and the cityness of the city.

It’s certainly rustic and we had a few small issues, like the gas oven not working and the bug screen having a gap, but Meredith helped us out. The location is very peaceful and it’s wonderful to relax on the patio overlooking the farm. Also all the critters are a joy to meet. We loved Mr. Cookie’s emo energy with his hairdo and Spirit was the welcome committee trotting to meet us soon as we got in.

A great place to stay with lots of supplies. We especially loved the kitchen and location- how walkable it was to things to do. I loved walking to south shore in my free time or for coffee. The driveway was a bit narrow if you have a larger SUV, but you can still get in and out. It felt like a home away from home as there was evidence of family memories made there. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions and we would definitely stay again.

Extraordinary property in the hills above Santa Rosa on the road to Calistoga. There's a bit of a drive in but you get used to it and it feels very private, exclusive, bucolic, pick your adjective. The barn is large, tastefully renovated and extremely well furnished, much attention to detail. It was a bit chilly at night and it's a big old barn but the heaters worked fine and lowering the shades blocked any draft. The kitchen was very well equipped, all modern appliances, easy to use. What's so special is the property itself, you are literally in a hidden valley with viewpoints over Sonoma and vines and fruit trees and sheep and goats and big old guardian dogs and hares and owls and nobody to bother you. Ran into Thai checking things out once, it's a farm, cheerful man, that was it. Then you drive into Santa Rosa or Kenwood or Calistoga and you're in true Wine Country sophistication, of course we went to wine estates and good restaurants. It's very cool and very special.

Even if the style of decor doesn’t seem to be your speed, the quality and thoughtfulness of the space was amazing. Came from the city to get away in a place as quiet as possible and wasn’t disappointed. Comfy bed, excess of pillows, private hot tub, quality kitchen, and a great selection of records! They also left us cupcakes in the fridge since it was our anniversary. Ed and Deborah were fantastic hosts! Only thing negative I have to say is the water. It’s hard to get perfect water from a well out in the middle of nowhere, but we still felt it was a 5-star experience. Ensure you bring drinking water, which we have picked up from the gas station down the road. The sulfur can be overwhelming at times. Boonville is under an hours drive (a scenic one) and we loved the day trip from Hopland to Boonville. Get Jumbos Win-Win burgers in Philo, it’s a must. If you show up at dark, pay attention to signs in Feliz Creek; our GPS sent us a half mile past their place

This was a fantastic Airbnb find - my wife, my golden retriever and I were extremely happy to have stayed at April's place. The photos are true to the space, with lots of European influence and big enough for all of us. Even the tissue paper holder in the room was unique! The little touches around the space show someone who has thought out the entire layout of the space. The bathroom was incredible and spa like, the bed the right firmness, and we had a very restful stay here before our departing flight back to Europe. My golden retriever enjoyed laying at the steps of April's place, soaking up the sunshine. April was also very responsive when we needed anything. She is kind, as is her family. We enjoyed speaking with her as well. We wished we could have stayed longer - it was very comfortable, clean, relaxing and just overall inviting. If we were to return, we would definitely seek out April's place. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It's in a gorgeous location with a view of the ocean from the deck. You can hear the waves in the distance. There's a hot tub that's in a beautiful spot beside a running creek with a waterfall. The house is clean, spacious, and very quiet. There's a wonderful little trail from the house that connects to the Mt Davis Trail, which is one of my favorite trails on Mt Tam, and is a beautiful little walk to town. Annie was wonderful - friendly, kind, helpful, and flexible. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent find in a great location!! Beautiful, eclectic decor, lots of little details, comfy bed, kitchen well-stocked with all the cooking utensils you might need, plus a bowl of snacks and beverages was included :) Great bagel place and restaurants within walking distance. Host was accommodating, efficient with communications, and did a great job of making the apartment feel warm, welcoming, and homey. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Host is so nice, communication is excellent, very friendly and making sure all is at the right place. Place is clean, original to stay at and worth every penny of it. I would definitely come back!

Lovely Airbnb in a peaceful location. Every single detail of the space was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, and thoughtful amenities were found throughout: water in glass bottles in the fridge, snacks on the counter, q-tips in the bathroom, spare blankets near the beds, and a checkerboard and bubble wand in the living room. Both the bunk beds and Murphy bed were extremely comfortable and the water temperature and HVAC settings were easily adjusted to personal preferences. Guests in the Airbnb are able to walk through the orchard, which was lovely and relaxing. This is a quiet area, but there are several small restaurants in short driving distance with good food and a convenience store just down the road. Fresno is about an hour's drive and made a nice day trip. The host (very friendly & responsive) lives on the property, but the Airbnb is at a distance from the main home, so all the convenience of having someone nearby but still a feeling of staying in a private location.

The carriage house was so delightful. We loved the coziness, quietness and overall special place. We loved being able to have our dog join us. We walked everywhere and would come back to rest and read. It was a lovely place and Khristina gave us so many great ideas for coffee, lunch and dinner. We had a wonderful time. You cannot beat the location!

Ideal location near the amenities of Healdsburg yet remote enough to enjoy the solitude of Dry Creek Valley. Responsive and helpful host. Overall, just a great place to relax and recharge. The Elegant should be your next stay!

Tami was an amazing host and I’m glad we found the Cottonwood Barn before labor day weekend! Their place was immaculate and well taken care of. The interactions with the barn animals there led to an unforgettable experience. Do yourself a favor and consider this location for your next adventure! Thank you again!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The place is tucked away on the side of the area so you will definitely have privacy which we weren’t sure about initially. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space. Nice large living room area. Beautiful outdoor patio to have meals in the morning. It’s very green all around which brought peace and serenity. Great location too if you’re going wine tasting in the region

Beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for a rustic experience but close enough to local attractions and experiences. The barn was amazing and slept a large amount of people which was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean, well kept, and very convenient. The property manager was kind enough to take time out of her day and stop by while working the property to point out some of her favorite parts of the property and surrounding ranches. All in all everyone in the group had a blast and couldn’t stop saying how much it reminded them of being on the set of yellowstone. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t wait to plan another trip (just as an excuse to stay at the barn again)

It’s hard to put into words how incredible this place is…peaceful, beautiful and absolute perfection! You feel like you are in a relaxing, quiet little slice of heaven but are only minutes away from so much. Every little detail had been thought of, including the kindest extras from Natalie and Glen, who are the most incredible hosts! If you appreciate kind, genuinely friendly people, and feeling like you are home away from home, you will love staying here. This place is a dream! (I never wanted to leave…actually brought my mother by after check out to admire the beauty of this peaceful setting ❤️)

We enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful weekend at Anthony’s place. Anthony was very accommodating of our service dogs and provided a lot of excellent local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Anthony’s place has some quirks, but nothing he didn’t prepare us for and nothing that took away from the quality of our stay. The “house within a house” concept was awesome. Coffee and games in the outer shell in the morning was great. We also loved hanging on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view. The area is very quiet and every neighbor we walked by with the dogs was friendly. Definitely recommend Anthony’s place to anyone looking for a zen-like stay, but with all the modern amenities that make our lives easier.

We had an amazing stay at Leslie's Place near Yosemite. The home offers a perfect mix of peaceful countryside charm and modern comforts like Wi-Fi, a pool, two kitchens, and spacious living areas. The serene setting, close to shops and restaurants, made it easy to relax. The garden was beautiful. Everything was spotless and thoughtful touches like toiletries added to the comfort. Leslie was a friendly, responsive host, and we can’t wait to return—this place is a hidden gem!
