This place was absolutely great. The house is very clean, cozy and you can see that the host really loves it and takes care of it carefully. Located on the edge of the forest, providing a beautiful and peaceful environment for relaxation. From the other side, there is a quiet and quite upscale neighborhood, just confirming that the neighborhood is safe and perfect for both family and pet stay. If you're looking for a place to relax in peace and comfort, this is a great choice.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of a metro and bus stop. A Billa branch as well as several restaurants are also close by. The apartment is modernly furnished, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. It offers numerous opportunities to relax – whether in the armchair, on the sofa or outside on the terrace. On the terrace, a Hollywood swing, barbecue, and atmospheric lighting invite you to linger. Everything was very clean and tidy. Kornelie even left us a vase with fresh tulips – a nice gesture that made the already inviting stay even better. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped – very good for cooking. The highlight for our older kids after a long day in town was the huge TV with lots of streaming opportunities. Kornelie is extremely friendly, and helpful.

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

My friends and I really enjoyed Jan's cabin in the forest. It's really peaceful compared to the city but also near enough to easily get a taxi from the airport. An Uber cost us 1,300 k and took 45 minutes. Balcony is amazing, you feel high up in the tree canopy, almost like you're in a treehouse. There's a firepit with a hotplate to cook on so remember to try and bring some BBQ food before you arrive as the local shop is small. We had such a nice stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Especially to mix up a stay in the city of Prague with some peace and quiet in the countryside.

Had a great time, the flat was spotless, the gym was well equipped, everything was clean and Viktoria was lovely. The flat is close to a tram stop so it was super easy to see everything, shops near by for cooking supplies. Highly recommended

Felt like a fairytale, recommend! Great vibe, atmosphere, everything felt just right… We stayed for one night in 5 people and it was not a lot of space, we left our bags in the car but it was not an issue, but for bigger groups - keep that in mind:) Nevertheless , we wouldn’t change it for anything else! Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Beroun with good amenities and unforgettable panoramic views! Everything is very cozy and saggy. You feel like home for the first second. There are many activities for children and a cozy barbecue area for adults. It was beautiful! Highly recommended! Many thanks to Kamila for a relaxing vacation.

Nice place to stay if you like farmhouse style accomodation. It simply fulfill the basic needs with a very relaxing and idylic scene. The best part is the view during sunset. We had a great dinner upon arrival with nice sunset view. Highly emphasize!

The apartment in Prague was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Perfectly located in a quiet gated area with easy access to public transport. It had everything we needed for our two weeks stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast internet and washer/dryer. Dedicated parking space was a big plus. Communication with Přemysl was quick and easy via messages. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay in Prague!

The room is very elegant and beautiful, very clean and cozy, we love it, the surrounding environment is great, close to the Vltava River, you can take a walk.The neighborhood is beautiful, with flowers blooming everywhere, and the bedroom sliding door is closed, making it very quiet at night.The kitchen, laundry and other supplies are complete, very convenient, and there is a beautiful small yard, sitting inside is very comfortable.Convenient transportation, close to the tram station, very convenient for getting around.The host is attentive, carefully introduced the check-in method, clear and concise, thank you very much

We had a great stay, apartment is beautiful, comfortable, fully equipped, very modern, and felt just like home. The terrasse is very cozy and has great views. Steven was very responsible, gave great tour of the apartment, provided good information about the area and shopping spots. We enjoyed Prague and are very happy to have stayed at Steven's place- it's only a short drive away from all of the main attractions. Will be happy to be back!

Apartment as advertised. Good communication. Good explanation for self check-in. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very convenient by tram to reach the city center.

It was a nice cottage with the private garden and parking spot. Communication with Vit was really good and helpful. Several things what was a bit surprising for us: the parking spot matched for our car, but still was a bit tight and uncomfortable; the slope of the way from the parking spot to the cottage through the garden was a bit steeper than we expected. Otherwise it was a really nice experience!

The place was as described. It is an ideal proposition for people who would like to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, spending a moment in nature. The neighborhood is very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay! According to the ad, we thought it was 3 bedrooms, but staying in the living room was also fine. The kitchen was super equipped and when we complained that one pan was scratched and unusable, Petr immediately got us a new one. Petr was a great host and was always available for concerns. We had a very nice time, you could end the evening on the terrace and go swimming in the morning. We had 2 coypus and some herons as neighbors, otherwise we were virtually alone. I can only highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back!!

The accomodation was exactly as described and seen in the pictures and was excellent value as well as being within walking distance of the many things to see and do in Kutna Hora. A beautiful accomodation in a beautiful town, would highly recommend especially for the price.
