Luminoso Loft con due bagni in Centro a Desenzano

Loft open-space di 50 m² disposto su due livelli con balconcino. Al piano ingresso abbiamo il soggiorno con cucina a vista attrezzata, lavatrice, frigo e un comodo divano letto matrimoniale, smart-tv. Al piano abbiamo anche un bagno con toilette e bidet, ma senza doccia. Al piano superiore abbiamo letto matrimoniale, armadio e bagno con doccia e bidet. Connessione wi-fi veloce. Situato nel centro storico di Desenzano del Garda e a pochi metri dal Porto Vecchio, vicino a ristoranti e negozi.

I stayed here with my dog Lumi. Getting inside was very easy. Host explained everything and it took only a few seconds. Once inside I was greeted with a turned on AC and it felt so good after the long drive there. I really appreciated it and thus the start to my vacation started phenomenally. The reserved parking spot for the car was directly in front of the apartments that’s a huge plus. It also has a fenced garden. The communication was super. It smelled awesome inside and everything was spotless clean. I felt comfortable immediately. The couch and the bed are very comfortable. The wardrobe is huge and can fit alot of stuff. I had no issues storing my two suitcases in them. Within a few steps outside you have a small stripe of grass. For very short walkies with your dog it’s perfect. Within 15 minutes walk you can get to the beautiful lake Garda. I loved it! The people are very very friendly not only to me as a tourist but also to my dog. I loved it. I recommend this place 100%.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s located in a peaceful, gated community, which made me feel safe and at ease throughout my visit. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. An extra bedroom/study for the kid to sleep in. Swimming pools, which were open on the weekends(off season) was a great way to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The host is a truly lovely lady—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always just a message away. Her kindness really added a personal touch to the stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future! Perfect place for our base for visiting all places in south of the Gatda lake. Big private parking space in basement.

Die Unterkunft von Alessandra war toll! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen! In einer ruhigen Lage, aber dennoch zentral. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer zu erreichen und zuvorkommend. Über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit (Aperitif) haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Mein Aufenthalt in Lidas Wohnung in Desenzano war großartig! Die Wohnung ist luxuriös und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, und Lisa ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, von der man von Anfang an beraten und unterstützt wird. Falls Fragen auftauchen, sei es zur Wohnung oder zur Umgebung, sind Antworten sofort parat. Da es sich um eine Stadtwohnung handelt, finde ich sehr passend, dass sowohl das Schlaf- als auch das Wohnzimmer klimatisiert sind. Ich kann also Wohnung samt Gastgeberin nur wärmstens empfehlen. A truly remarkable apartment in an incredible location. Words can't even begin to describe how amazing the apartment is, from it's centralized location and easy access from the train station to the wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and luxurious and was easily one of the better places we stayed on our trip through Italy. The only downside was that we only spent 1 night here and would absolutely come back for an extended stay. Annapaola was incredibley responsive, helpful, and overall a fantastic host. My family and I had such a great time here and created memories that will last a lifetime.
