I can’t say enough great things about my stay! Monica was amazing, very responsive. She had so many recommendations and was very responsive. Arranged our ride to and from the airport. She had a private chef that we were able to book at the villa for breakfast brunch and dinner as we please, as well as an in house masseuse. The price was incredible for all of the amenities. Would definitely return.

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. What a truly incredible place to stay! Honestly, we couldn't quite believe it was real until we got there. Everything was pristine and well designed, the area was incredibly peaceful, the monkeys were a delight, and the gorgeous dogs, Max and Grace, were a very welcome presence. We have never stayed anywhere before with such amazing swimming pools, which were always clean as was everything else. Megan and Mike were both really nice and friendly, and were very helpful with any questions we had. It was a struggle to leave to go to the airport.. we'd have happily just lived there! Thank you

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

We would give Luis and his Casa Madera 10 stars, if we could. We had a wonderful stay, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos (and surprisingly big in reality). Every detail is thought through and perfect. Luis is a great, great host, so nice and helpful and warm and hospitable. Perfect all around, we‘d come back anytime!

excelente lugar ! Puerto aventuras tiene todo, tiendas, restaurantes, hasta puedes ver a los delfines! ahí mismo se puede conseguir alimentos y ropa de playa. El lugar de Michel está en una excelente ubicación, en un condominio muy lindo. Con una bella decoración. En planta baja para familias con niños pequeños, frente a una alberca de aprox 20 CM de profundidad en donde los niños pasaron horas de diversión, la casa está perfecta, funcional, con todas las amenidades en una amplia cocina, dos recámaras, dos baños, sala comedor , aire acondicionado y cajón de estacionamiento Acceso a la laguna caminando aprox a 15 min , y acceso a la playa aprox a 25 min. puedes rentar carrito de golf. El complejo tiene seguridad 24/7 Un lugar excelente para disfrutar en familia. Excelente para estancias largas!

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Incredible place, connect with nature, still accessable to Tulum and local attractions. The host provided amazing recommendations and I would absolutely stay again. Note that there are bugs around the propoerty but that is part of being in nature and the host was incredible responsive to any concerns.
