House holiday rentals in Cénac

Sarah's cottage in the middle of the vineyard was a great place to stay. It is peaceful and the scenery was beautiful, while being convenient to many areas in the Bordeaux region. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Sarah and her apprentice, Samuel, were very friendly and accommodating. The wine tasting and tour were really interesting. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Château Le Grave is a beautiful property and was a wonderful choice for our group holiday. We had a lovely stay and found the house very comfortable. The photos don’t quite do it justice—it’s even more charming in person. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made cooking for our group easy and enjoyable. There were a few small issues that affected the overall experience. There wasn’t quite enough toilet paper provided for the weekend, the pool area didn’t have lighting at night, and we encountered an electrical issue that we needed to resolve ourselves. I noticed similar mentions in past reviews, so it may be worth addressing these for future guests. Communication with the host could have been more positive. There was some confusion regarding the cleaning fee, which had already been included in the booking total, and we were asked to pay extra for a few broken glasses, which seemed inexpensive to replace. That said, the property itself is truly lovely and we had a great time.

Good large house overall - good spot for a family. The location is very residential so not much to do around and not super close to the city centre by foot. The parking is good for 1 car so if you are multiple families it may be a bit tough. The house was clean, good appliances and amenities in the kitchen so perfect to cook. The outdoor space is nice and adds a plus to the house. The host is not super fast to respond and the check in is very late so to note if you have children as you can’t enter before 5pm. Very kids friendly and enough space for families to be around and feel at ease.

We stayed here for our first family holiday with our 5 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for it. As others have mentioned, the property and grounds are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The property had everything we could need. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with high quality finishes and furnishings. It really felt like a home from home. The hosts were kind enough to provide baby equipment too so everything was very easy for the 3 of us. Portets is lovely, with a bakery, pharmacy & supermarket, which was ideal for us as we cooked all our meals at the house. We didn’t have a car but managed with just these facilities nearby, as we were very happy just spending time by the pool & in the house. We also walked to one of the vineyards for a tour which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the loungers, including the cabana which offered some shade. We would recommend this property without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

Pour nous rapprocher de l'aéroport, nous avons passé une nuit chez Pascal et Marie.Que dire.....tout était parfait,nous avons rencontré Pascal qui a été très sympathique. Le logement était simplement impeccable, très propre,avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin durant votre séjour ,et la piscine parfaite pour se rafraichir.Pour notre prochain passage dans le coin,c'est chez Pascal et Marie que npus irons.

Lovely place to stay, a little oasis with a secluded garden and pool hidden from the road, which we thoroughly enjoyed using. Anne was lovely and welcoming and happy to provide lots of suggestions throughout our stay. Lots of lovely touches - we had food in our fridge, fruit to eat and she left us a basket of fresh bread on our first morning there. Great location, easy to walk to the river and all the shops but close to public transport when needed.

Logement très sympa, sur la rive droite, dans un quartier calme, à moins de 20 mn en tram des rues animées rive gauche. Logement très convivial, à la déco soignée. Jardins appréciables même si en cette époque de l'année, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et des coins détente extérieurs. Bref, un logement idéal pour allier effervescence bordelaise et repos au calme. J'ajouterai que Jules est un hôte très sympa à la communication irréprochable. Nous reviendrons.

Le logement de Said est très agréable. Idéalement situé près de Bordeaux mais sans les inconvénients. Le petit jardin arboré est top pour des repas au soleil. Said est un hôte réactif et arrangeant.

Maison parfaite! Propreté impeccable, équipée plus qu’il ne le faut, il y avait tout , surtout au niveau de la cuisine … un bonheur pour les fins gourmets que nous sommes ! Literie au top. Équipement pour bébé très bien. Environnement très calme, la vue sur les vignes depuis la cuisine est dépaysante. Hôte très réactif, un atout. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin.

We had a great stay at Domaine Branda. It was a perfect place to start our holidays for our family of 5 (3 boys), relaxing by the pool, playing tennis and walking in the surrounding area. The location was very private and peaceful, but the town was only a few minutes by car and the great city of Bordeaux only 30 minutes away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and all the amenities worked well.

Lucas is a attentive and fantastic host. He provided all the instructions promptly and included video and photo guidance. He was also flexible with our luggage, finding a suitable place for us to store our luggage ahead of our check-in time, so we did not need to carry it with us. The house is stunning and in a perfect location in a quiet area but also easy to get to town by taxi or tram. The house was very clean, beautifully furninshed and feels luxurious! We stayed during a heat wave, and made good use of the relaxing garden and good sized pool. The air conditioning worked well, but could have been a little stronger which may just have been because of how extra hot the weather was. I highly recommend staying at Lucas's house, as it truely was the ideal stay.

Gezellig groot huis met mooi zwembad en prachtig uitzicht op wijnranken, bos en dal. Heel rustig en toch heel dicht bij Bordeaux en andere prachtige historische sites gelegen. Wijndegustatie van Pascal was een mooie gelegenheid om zich meteen in de bordeaux wijn te initiëren. Dank Pascal´s huis hebben we een fantastische week beleefd. een echt paradijs.

A very welcoming home, Julien was there when we arrived as we were a little earlier than planned. Julien also sent videos prior to check in including a tour of the house and how to check in. Very responsive host. The house was brilliant and well equipped. A great size for us, we visited with family including our two young daughters and they especially loved the pool! There is a metro stop on the same street, we used it to get to Bordeaux and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the local area. Julien also shared a list of local places prior to our visit. Nearby is a place called Bègles Plage, it has a play park and beach area on the lake which is perfect for families. We had a wonderful four night stay in Bégles and would highly recommend this property, great value also. Thank you Julien and Rachid 😊

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage. It was spacious and the quality of the bedding was a standout. Our family really enjoyed the Scandinavian experience with the sauna and the spa - a must visit for the winter! And special thanks to Stephanie for the warm welcome and being helpful before and during our stay.

Thank you so much for an excellent weekend! Perfect location between Bordeaux and Arcachon. Amazing setting with plenty of châteaux around, vineyards, and that otherworldly water tower! The Wi-Fi internet was a bit disappointing - the signal wasn't very strong, so please keep this in mind if it's important to you. The house has almost everything you might need. Private parking right next to the house. Convenient check-in and check-out. Excellent mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Unfortunately, we didn't spot any kangaroos, so we'll have to come back again!

We were a group of 6 UK based cyclists seeking a great base to explore the outstanding area and wanting the superb level of accommodation the this fabulous property offered and delivered. Excellent level of equipment, beautiful outlook, extremely peaceful, short transfer time from Bordeaux airport Guillaume is a great host, when our flight was cancelled from our original booked date he responded very quickly to our request to postpone the booking by 24 hours and then extend it by 24 hours to allow for the flight changes at both ends of our break.
