Private Country House (Exclusive Pool) - Marvão

Casa dos Galegos combines traditional architecture with a modern layout. It is located in the village of Galegos, right in the heart of the São Mamede Natural Park, in the Alto Alentejo region, just 11 km from the villages of Marvão and Castelo de Vide. It features a wood pellet stove for winter and a private outdoor pool for summer. It is the ideal place to take a break and relax, with the perfect balance of being close to everything yet far enough away at the same time.

Casa Mont'Santo is a rustic and secular house, with Jewish features and located in the most Portuguese village in Portugal. From the house, we highlight a panoramic balcony and a fantastic terrace with barbecue, from which we enjoy a stunning view of the village and the immensity of the landscape. These two spaces lead us to contemplation and peace, close to nature. The chirping of birds and the rest of the flora, compel us to forget the routine and bring us to other times!

There are beautiful hikes right from the doorstep. The historic town of Marvão is 15 minutes by car.

Chalé dos Amieiros

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Casa da Piedade is a cozy retreat in total harmony with nature, where comfort and tranquility are priorities. Located in Portagem, at the foot of the Marvão mountain range, it is a 3-minute walk from the local swimming pools and a 10-minute drive from the castle. Surrounded by typical restaurants and serene landscapes, it is the ideal starting point to explore the region, savor the local cuisine and rest in a calm and authentic environment.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). Medieval house, of Jewish origin (it is thought that it may have originated with the Sephardic Jews who were expelled from Spain in 1492 by the Catholic Monarchs), fully recovered while retaining all its originality. Only the inevitable modernity was incorporated but never coming into conflict with its traditional architecture.
