Holiday rentals in Cecanibbi

My family and I stayed at Giovanni’s house for 2 weeks and loved every day. The pictures posted don’t do it justice. The location is beautiful and with a view worth getting up early for. The house is as described and has everything you are likely to need. The air con is a welcome relief when the temperatures are hitting the high 30’s. The solar panels they have fitted make you feel a bit better about having used it. The pool is the best place to be after a hot day seeing the Umbrian countryside. It is 1.4m deep but has steps and a small shallow area for younger kids. The house is well placed for all of Umbria’s highlights within an hour’s drive. There is a large supermarket within 10 mins drive as is Todi if you want an evening out. Lastly Giovanni and Letizia the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Pro active before we arrived, helpful for details with the house and also provided some nice local food and drinks on arrival.

I popretari molto gentile e danno aiuto se bisogna. Grande ospitalita. La casa e la piscina sempre molta polita. Il negozio alimentari vicino. Bella zona per excursioni : Spoleto, Spello, Montefalco ( ottimo vino Sagrantino) Assisi, Perugia. Noi siamo qui la seconda volta e spenderemo le vacance anche le prosdime anni qui. E veramente un luogo fantastico da ricomandare a tutti, giovani , seniori et famiglie.

l' appartamento è molto grande, attrezzato e pulito. Romina è un' ottima padrona di casa. consigliato.

Ambiente interno ed esterno spazioso e molto curato. Delizioso prato con luci tra gli alberi in cui cenare davanti al proprio alloggio. Casa fornita di tutto e tutto nuovo. Cortesia della host al massimo. Maneggio vicino top. Piscina grande e pulita. Torneremo sicuramente!

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Soggiornare in questo cottage è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa! Panorama splendido e Federica è una persona gentilissima, davvero squisita! Il cottage è semplicissimo da raggiungere, le stanze sono pulite e c’è tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax…bellissima anche la piscina, la zona solarium e gli animali. Posto perfetto per chi ha bambini o vuole rilassarsi immerso nella natura!

I proprietari di casa sono stati gentili e disponibili fin da subito. L'appartamento è veramente incantevole, luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort che fa parte di un ex convento e gode di una vista eccezionale, sia dal chiostro interno che vi invito a visitare, sia dalla finestra della camera matrimoniale. Inoltre è in prossimità del centro di Todi, in piazza del Popolo, molto vivace e piena di locali e il parcheggio è facilmente raggiungibile con il servizio dei bus navetta gratuiti. Grazie a Stefano e a Laura per aver contribuito a rendere il mio soggiorno in Umbria piacevole e indimenticabile! Eliana

What a gem! The house, garden, and pool are beautiful and inviting. The house has a lot of charm and combines the traditional style of the country house with modern elements! The pool is situated in a lovely garden with several seating areas and has the most amazing view over the breathtaking Umbrien countryside! Everything is very quiet and peaceful. Maryse, Eduard, and their dog Koos are simply lovely. Koos and our dog got along very well wich was a big plus for us and we enjoyed watching them play together. Maryse gave us lots of recommendations about things to do and places to have lunch or dinner and also offered to make reservations for us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!
