Holiday rentals with lake access in Cebu

It's worth the price. The owner is very responsive to our queries and accommodating to our requests. She allowed us to check in early so we could drop our things and a quick shower since we've been from an 8-hour ship ride. The place is very near Island City Mall. The guards of the subdivision are very helpful. The caretaker is very accommodating.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

Absolutely loved my stay! This Airbnb is a peaceful escape, Idea for unwinding and getting away from it all. Highly recommend for a stress-free get away! The Host is fantastic, making the stay even better. Super friendly and accommodating their hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly appreciated their warmth and helpfulness.

This place was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their was 16 in our group and everyone had a great time there. Each room was very clean upon checking in. The property was well maintained including the pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I contacted Stella several times for minor things, and always responsive in minutes. One evening we were at the beach (just outside the door as shown in pics), and she invited us to have dinner at the cabana you see pictured. Super nice, ensured someone was able to get us from the port, and had people available for anything we needed including renting a motorcycle for 400-450 per day. Only a sheet for a bedspread, but she accommodated to provide an additional cover. Check in/check out no problem, island is easy to get around, can walk to the main areas with restaurants in 5-10 minutes. Really happy with our visit

I was on a separate resort and I had my Mom and my aunties stay here for 2 nights and they told me it was so incredible. The nanay there was so friendly with them and even asked them for videoke. I was only there for a night swimming and was very amazed of the water. It’s so clear!!!

The price is just right for the limited amenities it has. Will come back.

It’s our 4th time to book at Mama Berta’s place. The place is fantastic, good for the family and the host is very hospitable.

Everything was great. Cleanliness, location, privacy. Siri is probably the most responsive and sensitive hostess I've ever met. She is tactful, delicate and helps in everything. Thank you so much! The accommodation is located 15 minutes' walk from the street with all the cafes and entertainment, which allowed us to enjoy the privacy. To prevent roosters and other sounds from disturbing sleep, good sound insulation is provided. There is hot water, all the necessary dishes. Very good cleaning. Good, stable internet. Suitable for work and video calls. Two minutes away, there is a beach with a wonderful reef (corals, fish, turtles). There is a cafe 5 minutes away where you can eat or order delivery. We lived here for 2 weeks and it was a pity to leave.

Our stay at Mr. Roland’ condos was a great experience. He took the time to be there personally and clearly explained the area and offered us wonderful options to explore the area. He was very detailed in his description of the areas attractions. We rented two - 2 bedroom condos that had plenty of room and amenities for our family group of 11. We had a truly wonderful vacation there.

We had a great time at Paulina and Miguel's place. They welcomed us like friends. The bedroom and setting is very nice. They helped us a lot with the organization. Thanks to them everything was very easy. Recommended 200%

The condo was q perfect home away from home with a great view. Perhaps the view is its best feature since this one is in the 16th floor. You can see the beach drom the condo.
