Holiday rentals with a patio in Cebu Metropolitan Area

Great place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket, and there’s beach access for only 375. The place is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus—I’ll definitely bring my fur baby next time! Would absolutely stay here again.

8 Newton hotel is a great place to stay! It was a cozy room for four. Clean bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony, and nice bedroom. There was just a bit of noise from the Pasigarbo festival parade but not that distracting. Overall, the place is pleasantly nice and clean, the concierge is accommodating, instructions are timely, and the host is helpful and responsive. Thank you!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

I have stayed in this Condo 4 times, great place, and well equipped for a long stay. Susan and Arlene do everything to make my stay the best.

My husband and our 2 kids (6 and 4) enjoyed our stay. The space is a little smaller than expected however we made it work. The bedroom door wouldn't shut with the air mattress down and the swing allowed less space for our kids to move around. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We used the kitchen amenities and the washing machine as well! We enjoyed all pools and beach at Tambuli and the restaurants were delicious too! Monaliza had great communication and always answered as soon as she could. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others!

From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. Thank you so much to the host for making our stay special. Everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay in Cebu, this is the one. A heartfelt 5 out of 5. Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

ik zou hier zeker weer heen gaan. onlangs dat ik ver moest reizen . het appartement is zeer schoon en smaakvol ingericht. het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al , zeker een compliment waard.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They even surprised us with an anniversary banner, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to IT Park. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of my favorite features was the balcony—perfect for relaxing—and the abundance of sockets everywhere made it super convenient. The sink had a bit of a smell, but it was tolerable and didn’t affect our overall experience. Highly recommended!
