place was beautiful and aesthetic, fave part was the big clean mirror, water pressure can be better, everything was provided, ac was cool, entire stay was relaxing. host was veryy accommodating and responsive. highly recommend!

Definitely a bang for the buck. Sir John's home was very cozy— indeed, a home away from home! Even though an unexpected issue arose, he handled it very quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Romeo’s place for those visiting Cebu city. The condo unit is very clean. Me and my family enjoyed staying there especially on the third day of our stay, it was raining and we decided not to go out but we still enjoyed the place feeling cozy and warm while watching Netflix. We just ordered food thru Grabfood. His place is about 10-minute walk away from Ayala Center Cebu. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. Romeo is very approachable and easy to deal with. I had a pleasant stay and she’s very responsive to my queries. The place was spotless and clutter-free. My only minor problem is that the AC of the room is quite loud, I had a hard time falling asleep, but other than that, everything was great.

I recently stayed at Skyluxe for a week and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short distance from some excellent restaurants and only minutes away from Ayala Center, which made dining, shopping, and getting around the city so easy. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained and thoughtfully designed the unit was. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed and stylish interiors to the fully equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. Everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay was provided. One of the things I really appreciated was the added convenience of having a laundry service located in the basement, which made it easy to keep everything fresh during my stay. I couldn't be happier that I picked Lara's unit! It was everything I hoped for and more. Her place is truly cozy, has such a great aesthetic, and is genuinely comfortable – I felt right at home. The location is just incredible, putting you steps away from awesome restaurants, a convenient grocery market, and even a mall. And Lara is the best! The host herself is very accommodating, friendly and proactive. The hosts will help you throughout the trip. The place is very accessible to everything, amazing interior they have what you need from fresh linens to towels and toiletries and of course fully equipped kitchen appliances. Will definitely recommend the place to everyone and of course will book it again on our next Cebu trip

We had an amazing stay, the unit was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The place was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi was fast and very very reliable. Plus fantastic location its in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. Will def come back

4 of us stayed at Gerald’s place for a month. It was exactly as described. Check in was really easy and flexible with the security guard on the door. His place was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a pretty accessible location to other parts of the city and especially the port. Gerald as a host was fantastic, always checking everything was ok and offering regular cleans and top ups of amenities such as water and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again. He also has another apartment on the same floor of the building was was extremely convenient as the were travelling as a group of 8.

Very clean home, clean kitchen, clean utensils, clean sheets, ac working well. Very nice interior design like chandelier and lighting arrangement. Water heater is provided. Its all new appliances like the tv so big and new. Overall, t’was worth every penny. Walkable, near ayala mall ebloc.

Fedelita was very responsive in her messaging. Despite me being late due to transport, she had always on standby for my updates and quickly informed the co-host. The apartment itself is exactly like the photo. A few things that affect the experience is the aircons in living room & 2nd room were leaking. The drain in master bathroom was also clogged and flooded when showering. Other than those, everything was good.

The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Andy is a great host and is responsive. Breezy check-in and no hassles during my 2 nights stay. All appliances in the room are in great condition. Overall, it was an amazing short stay.

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It felt cozy and welcoming, just as we hoped. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, which prevented us from using it to wash dishes (I felt bad leaving them unwashed). However, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our concerns. It’s completely understandable that their maintenance staff wasn’t available due to the holiday. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the space. Highly recommend! 😊

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
