Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Our stay in Fowey was nothing short of magical, and this Airbnb made it even more special. The location is fantastic -yes, it’s partway up a hill, but the stroll into town is short, scenic, and lined with the most charming restaurants and harborfont bars. Fowey itself is absolutely adorable. The converted schoolhouse is truly one-of-a-kind. The hosts did an amazing job preserving the original charm while creating a modern, inviting space that’s perfect for entertaining. And the hot tub overlooking the harbor? Unreal. I probably spent half the trip soaking in it. There were even thoughtful touches like umbrellas to borrow, which came in handy in classic English weather. We did experience a minor issue with noise from neighbors in an adjoining unit, but the host was incredibly responsive and professional. They made it clear they cared and took swift action to make sure we were comfortable.

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Lovely accomodation in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed walks around the farm and we were joined by one of the hosts dogs a couple of times which we loved. We even managed to see an otter down at the river on our first night! Bird and hedgehog watching from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly… bliss.

This is a fantastic place to stay and Emma and Kevin are the perfect balance of friendly while also giving you privacy. The whole place is so well equipped and the wood-fired hot tub is so relaxing, even in the rain! The location is fantastic for Dartmoor and Totnes, and the local pub is fab.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Gina welcomed us on arrival with a cream tea waiting, the airbnb was unbelievable with its cosyness and comfy bed and sofa. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment and we mentioned we wanted the bbq so Gina and her husband got it out and set up for us which was so kind. The hot tub was incredible, so lovely and even the morning it rained we were able to use it since it was covered over. A brilliant location too with lovely beaches nearby. Had a great time at Fowey, Looe and Polperro! Would definitely stay again

Heloise's property was as exactly advertised, beautifully appointed & with lovely views . We weren't disappointed! The flowers & welcome goodies were a lovely touch. Our Labrador Retriever loved the outside space & although we had brought our own dog bed etc we also made use of the dog mat & bowl. Heloise & Steve we're on hand if we needed anything, the recommendation of where to eat & walk we're greatfully received We definitely recommend the Crows Nest Inn & the walk from Rame Head to Cawsands.The only problem we had was that we weren't there long enough. We highly recommend Heloise's annex & we will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay in this lovely barn on this beautiful, friendly and welcoming farm. Piers and Sue were absolutely great hosts and we couldn’t have felt more welcome.

A perfect apartment for a short stay in beautiful Looe. The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its location is great with a wonderful view down over Looe harbour. If you're planning to walk, it might be a rather steep climb to come back up to the apartment. All in all we had a great time. Highly recommended!

We had another wonderful stay at the cottage last week. Thank you so much, Nicola. The cottage was just how we remembered it from last time. Lots of thoughtful things in the cottage, which you then don’t have to go out and buy (kitchen and loo roll, washing products etc, to name a few). The cottage has been really well thought out and furnished to lovely standard so you feel right at home. The linens are very good and I appreciated the quality appliances in the kitchen too. A beautiful spot which was so relaxing. The house was laid out well for 2 couples. We really enjoyed our stay. Disappointed though with the local pub. Wouldn't recommend eating there sadly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully presented property in fantastic surroundings. The house was extremely well presented with great facilities and a beautiful garden to relax in. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful coastline and had a delicious meal at the local Rise and crown. We would love to stay again.

We had a fantastic 4 days stay in Golant. The views were incredible and the locals were all very friendly and welcoming. The house itself was immaculate and we felt right at home. The hamper on arrival was a lovely touch and the large basket of toys and games for the children were great.

The property was as described and we found it beautifully decorated and stacked with useful equipment. The kitchen had all the cooking tools you could need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our visit and found plenty of room to host family for dinner. Thank you for making this a real home from home! We shall be back. Thank you.

The location is ideal – just a short stroll into the village, meaning we could pop out for morning pastries or evening meals without worrying about parking. The views from the windows are exactly what you dream of for a Cornish getaway. A truly memorable stay in a charming corner of Cornwall!

Very comfortable stay in a cosy, well located cottage opposite the mill pond in Millbrook Village. Great location within the village (including adjacent parking) and base for exploring beautiful south-east Cornwall. Helpful and responsive host - thankyou!

Probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in, in terms of location, home comforts and surrounding community. The cottage is part of the sea wall therefore providing not only great views but a wonderful ambience within the building. It has a homely feel that allowed us to relax straight away, with great balconies and a sun deck to enjoy quiet moments just taking in the sound of the sea and the views. The local community was so friendly and welcoming, every day was a joy. There are great pubs, a little store and gift shop, plenty of history and lovely walks in the area. Dawn is a hands on friendly host who communicated with us promptly and made our needs a priority. She left some lovely goodies too. We will definitely return for the cottage, the sea and the community.

What a clean, beautiful cottage in such calm surroundings - we've enjoyed every minute. The cottage was perfect - clean and tidy with stunning nautical decor, we felt right at home the minute we walked in. The view of the sea is much better than described - a highlight for me was sitting in bed drinking my morning coffee watching the waves! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and we had it pretty much to ourselves. Sadly we didn't catch a glimpse of the local dolphins! The garden is full of beautiful flowers - the access is from the road up a path with steps thru the garden. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils/cutlery/crockery, the bedrooms were clean with fresh bedding, the lounge was well stocked with games/books/dvds which the kids loved. Nick was extremely responsive and proactive, very helpful when I messaged him, and we were very grateful for a bit of flexibility on checkout. Overall a lovely relaxing experience - can't wait to return!! Thank you!

Everything exactly as described. Was such a unique and beautiful location, perfect accommodation for the 4 of us over the week. Enough places within a short walk to have breakfast, lunch or dinner plus the ability walk a round trip loop along the entire beach at low tide. Really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you for a lovely stay Sarah! The property was fantastic, lots of character, and Sarah was really helpful and responsive. There are some wonderful restaurants within a 20 minute drive (we really liked Bewshea’s By The Beach) and some great beaches nearby. There’s good parking and good wifi in the lounge, and it was lovely watching the ducks get fed outside by the lake each day.

Ideally placed in Cawsand and in a quiet position. Exactly as described - spacious, all home comforts and tastefully decorated. Ross and Carole made this a real pleasure to stay in. Handy having a very cheap long stay car park near by.
