Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Monkey. Beautiful accommodation- luxuriously spacious bedrooms and bathrooms in particular, and a great location a stone’s throw from the beach and lovely places to eat. We will be back! Thanks to Annabel as well who was very responsive and kind.

Little Valletort was excellent, Jo was a super helpful host and made sure I had everything I needed, I stayed over Xmas and new year so it was chilly out, the place was warm and I could snuggle up even with the waves crashing outside, a beautiful location, friendly, welcoming and I felt very safe, being in my own a lot. It’s not super big but perfect for me and when friend visited, with enough separate space if needed. I’d happily recommend Little Valletort.. A local spar and deli with great coffee, open everyday, sublime! Thanks Jo for the wonderful stay.

Spindrift Beach House

Spindrift is a beautiful, spacious, versatile and comfortable house slap bang in the middle of Kingsand. It is a proper taste of seaside luxury with tasteful decor, comfy beds and seating and stunning views. We were a family of five over 3 generations and we were all delighted with the house, with the exception of my 18 year old son’s objection to the Wi-Fi not stretching to the upper bedrooms! Grant was communicative and friendly whilst still leaving us free to enjoy our holiday without interruption. We had no issues whatsoever and the week passed in blissful relaxation. Even the dogs reached another level of chilled! Thanks, Grant, for a fabulous week in this beautiful place we know and love so well.

A lovely place to stay, lovely views and the benefit of a parking space. You do need to be reasonably mobile to walk down the hill, but fine for us and there are some great walks on your doorstep.
