Zuma is definitely a gem. Our stay was very peaceful. Joyela's response time is quick and she always handle any issues (minimal) fast. Its a home away from home. Oh and the water is HOT 🔥....at the top of the list of places we've stayed!

Wow! This place was everything. Just like the pictures, maybe even better. So warm, so inviting… we genuinely didn’t want to leave. It felt like home, but with better views and a breeze that whispered, “Stay a little longer.” We had to be on the road quite a bit, but every time we came back, it felt like the house wrapped us in a soft, familiar, warm embrace. The fresh air flowing through, the comfort, the peaceful vibe... it was just the kind of place that stays with you. And Petasha? An absolute gem. So responsive and thoughtful. She made everything seamless. A truly great host. If we could’ve just stayed in all day, trust me we would have. Pure joy!

Doyl and his lovely wife were incredibly kind and helpful — always there when I needed anything, but also respectful of my space. Their warmth made all the difference. The property itself is a dream. Imagine a private beach with soft white sand, surrounded by breathtaking nature — it’s the perfect escape whether you’re looking to relax, reflect, or enjoy some quality time with someone special. Every morning felt like a scene from a movie, and every evening ended with peace in my heart. This place isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience. 5 Stars – A Fantastic Stay at Areca Homes in Discovery Bay! We had an amazing stay at Areca Homes in St. Ann, Discovery Bay! From the moment we arrived, our host Stacy-Ann made us feel welcome and cared for. She was absolutely lovely attentive, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. She even brought us fresh mangoes, which were a delicious treat, and made sure we quickly received batteries for the AC when needed. One of the best parts of our stay was the free access to Puerto Seco Beach, just a short distance away. The beach was stunning clean, relaxing, and perfect for a day in the sun. And the drinks? Wow! Strong, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Areca Homes was the perfect home base for our getaway comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Discovery Bay.

Winston, Kerona and even Keronas mum have gone above and beyond to welcome me. I literally felt at home and they have done so much to help me that ive actually decided to purchase in the area. Thank you, it was amazing.

great location with sea views every morning. it made me think of Greece sometimes. intimate and safe place what is not overlooked in Jamaica. proactive from Andrea was perfect, attentive to needs. the amenities are perfect. the place is clean and everything we need. i chose this location because in the middle of the island which allows to restrict the times to all visit from montego bay to ocho kinsgton in portland. location requires a car. But, if you want to take that quiet a beach and amenities restaurants and others are available on foot. enjoy and repent the Jamaican air in this pretty place and admire the sunrises and sunsets all while having your coffee. opening the door you think you'll enter the sea.

Racxy's place is airbnb haven! I stayed here for work and i loved it. ( i almost didn't want to go home) Literally a home away from home. She's in contact with you every step of the way and the directions given to the place are on point. She even provided toys and books for my little one. I stayed there a week for work and as long as this place is available for my trip I'll definitely be staying here for the foreseeable future. Haha, just thinking about my stay, it feels like waking up to the smell of fresh coffee in the morning. We had a little issue and she was on top of it to ensure that i had my comfort through and through. Don't even second guess it. Book this venue now 😉

if you haven't booked yet... DO IT!! Jodyanns place is remarkable and she is the best host ever. Jodyanns place is very remote and exactly the vibes I was looking for. The place is huge and clean, it comes with dishes pots pans cutlery everything you need to disconnect and have some quality time or family time. The community vibe was some icing on the cake. The host has several resources very close to help with anything you need. I was taken to a local grocery to purchase food items that I would have never found by myself. Directions to a local waterfall and llocation of the center of the island... which you can see from their farm. We were given sugar cane and food items LIKE CACAO pineapple oranges and mango from a farm located on the same street as jodyanns place (actually a family farm). We were in direct and responsive communication with resources that made our trip even better.
