Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Caumont-sur-Aure

Valérie’s place was exceptional! Every little detail was beautifully catered for from the quality linen to the yummy French teas and coffee pods. Valérie was the friendliest host and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us so much local information and points of interest. We were sad to say goodbye. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

We had an idyllic stay at Carly's property. The house is beautiful as well as the garden. It is also very comfortable and very well equipped which is perfect for disconnecting on a weekend for families or groups of friends. The area is also beautiful, we'll happily be back:)

The house is beautiful, practical and very cozy. The covered terrace is wonderful for enjoying breakfast outside and also for staying outside longer in the evening. The landing beaches are easy to reach. In Bayeux, there are very good bakeries and all shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and can absolutely recommend the house!

I had an amazing stay!!! Staring before check in to check out, Céline was very responsive and accommodating. She responded quickly with any questions I had and was a delight to talk to. I had all the amenities needed for the perfect stay. It was definitely a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to be surrounded by a peaceful environment and the view of the ocean was AMAZING. This will 100% be my go-to rental whenever I'm back in Normandie. Thank you for an amazing stay Céline. Your place is comfortable, accommodating, beautiful and worth every penny. Sinead and I stayed for 9 nights in "The Patio des Marais" and our only regret was having to leave. The house was truly incredible, there was nothing that Sonia & David have not thought of, from the dishwasher tablets to the shuttlecocks. Like the house Sonia & David are also incredible, they were always attentive, respectful and and helpful. We wish them all the best for the future. We’ve had a lovely stay! Beatrice was very welcoming and showed us around. The house is lovely and comfortable and clean. Its in a rural area which means its quiet, and the countryside is pretty. We had the heating on as it was a little chilly, and we also lit a fire in the lounge a few evenings which really felt cost and atmospheric. We sat out for breakfast and havjming the French doors meant we could watch the local wildlife whilst we were sat at the table. The Nespresso machine as a bonus! Bedrooms were comfy and tastefully decorated. Lots of leaflets on places to visit. Great to have a ground floor bedroom and bathroom for the elderly. The village Le Molay Littryis about 4 miles away and we went there (Boulangerie Zearo) for breakfast pastries and cakes. There’s a huge L’Eclerc in the outskirts of Bayeux for everything else. Close to lots of places, such as Bayeux. We explored Omaha and Utah beaches and St Mere Eglise which weren't too far away. All in all, a great place to stay

I booked with Thierry for one night. There were 4 of us and we were welcomed into a sublime apartment. Very clean, tidy, Thierry is very careful and is a very kind host. I recommend it!

Romain Et Céline's AirBnb was a lovely little retreat in Caen. You can reach it from the train station with a 30 minute walk or you can take the tram which gets you there in about 10-15 minutes. The location is in the center of the city. It is a five minute walk to several restaurants for dinner and you are never further than 20-25 minutes walk from most of the popular tourist sites. The listing itself had all the promised amenities. There was not much sound at night so we all slept well. Three of us comfortably used the space. The internet was also able to handle all of us using it at the same time. The shower also had good water pressure and hot water. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and the check-out instructions were quite reasonable. Romain messaged to ask how our stay was going was quick to respond whenever I had questions. I had a wonderful time and would be happy to rent this AirBnb again.

Eva's apartment is awesome!!! It is beautiful, with character. Very well placed, clean, well equipped. Eva is adorable, accommodating! I recommend it 300%.

We recommend this accommodation: cozy, clean and tidy, room for business, good location, etc. Everything is done to make you feel at home, but better. There's even a nice electric fireplace. Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

The property is amazing - beautifully decorated, comfortable and in the historical heart of Caen. At the same time its quiet and private. We loved it! Marie is an amazing host - warm, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.
