La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Rent 2 identical 2-room cottages, adjoining 45 m2 each for stays and by the night. 3 nights minimum in July and August. Single-story cottages, new condition in a secure, wooded, fenced property with 1500 m2 lawn for children's games. Each fully equipped cottage includes a large living room with kitchen, 2 small single bedrooms, 140 bed, shower room and separate toilet. Private shaded terrace with garden furniture + 1 shared terrace. Covered parking for 1 light vehicle.

Ideally located: mountain, sea only 1 hour away, Spain 1.5 hours away. Many possible activities: visit to the Cathar castles, hiking, Red train, swimming, hiking, cycling... Free parking 50 m from the accommodation. In the village, depending on the days and times: restaurants, grocery store and post office.

Recently renovated to a high standard, these spacious, open plan apartments offer a comfortable base from which to explore the region and all it has to offer. A The central village location is within a short stroll of all the village amenities: bar, restaurant, bakers, grocery store, doctors, etc....and of course the wine caves! There is free parking nearby plus a secure garage available onsite for use by guests with motor bikes or bicycles.

Cozy apartment in old house

located between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, Caudiès makes it easy to visit the department. Around the village you have swimming pools, rivers to swim and Cathar castles.. In the stone house you can cool off after the hot days. Cleaning is required. I ask for a deposit of 50 euros that I return if it's clean, after verification. Linens are not provided. in winter, I add a heating package of 40 euros for a week.

Grenache4 A magical place, mountain views

Grenache le corsé mordoré qualified at 4 Named for the very popular grape type, of which delicious red wine is made in our region. The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for 1 to 4 people. The views from the salon and terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, the second on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with walk-in shower and a sink.

You will find yourself in the heart of the village of Lapradelle-Puilaurens in the Aude valley beneath Puilaurens' Cathar castle. You will be in this magnificent green valley, close to activities such as rafting, a tourist train with velorail and the Cathar trail. Charming spacious studio with all amenities including a garden. Gîte among the vineyards

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
