House holiday rentals in Caudéran, Bordeaux

Elodie est une hôte très accueillante. sa maison est grande, propre, très fonctionnelle avec 3 salles d'eau et une belle terrasse avec piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amies.

Très bon séjour à Bordeaux, tout a été pensé pour que nous nous sentions bien. Superbement bien placé à Bordeaux, proche des transports en commun et du parc bordelais. Il manquerait juste quelques ustensiles de ménage pour que nous puissions rendre le logement aussi propre que nous l’avons trouvé.

Logement très sympa, sur la rive droite, dans un quartier calme, à moins de 20 mn en tram des rues animées rive gauche. Logement très convivial, à la déco soignée. Jardins appréciables même si en cette époque de l'année, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et des coins détente extérieurs. Bref, un logement idéal pour allier effervescence bordelaise et repos au calme. J'ajouterai que Jules est un hôte très sympa à la communication irréprochable. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Sylvain. La maison est très agréable avec une piscine et des activités à disposition (terrain de pétanque, table de tennis de table, plancha). Idéal si vous souhaitez profiter d’une maison paisible tout en étant à proximité de Bordeaux. Sylvain s’est montré réactif pour répondre à nos demandes et il a tout fait pour faciliter notre arrivée.

It is a nice apartment, we enjoy the staying, it is half an hour to go to the city center by car.

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

Emma's place is stunning and our group had an amazing stay there! We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and we had everything we could have wanted and needed at Emma's place. The kitchen is well-equipped and the garden is wonderful for outside dining and for the children to roam around. We really didn't want to leave! Emma was so kind to help us with our constant questions - she is the perfect host. Thank you for having us, Emma!

My husband and I recently returned from a month-long stay at Alexandre and Precillia’s home. Our stay was perfect in every sense. The home was exactly as pictured, the location unbeatable for exploring all of Bordeaux and several day trips to the Left and Right Bank as well as Arcachon, etc. The walking distance to the tram and local grocery store(s) was also a nice benefit. A bit more about the home, it was very clean, well-organized and extremely comfortable. The washing machine and basement space were also very convenient; the basement kept our wine purchases at a perfect temperature! We felt safe and secure. It must be noted I am a persnickety traveler; we would stay again. Alexandre and Precillia we great hosts, accommodating, thoughtful and always available for questions or assistance. Your stay will not be disappointing.

Nous sommes ravis de notre weekend passé chez Marion et Paul dans leur échoppe rénovée avec une terrasse ombragée . Tout est décoré avec goût et le confort, très propre. Nous recommandons très fortement et nous remercie Marion et Paul pour leur confiance

Expérience parfaite à tous niveaux. Nous étions 3 amies en week-end et c'était parfait mais en famille cela aurait été parfait également. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Communication parfaite avec Nicole. Idéal pour un week-end de visites, le bus n'est pas très loin à pied. Je recommande++++

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très bien située, dans un quartier très calme, bien entretenue avec une literie très confortable. Idéale aussi pour les plus petits, mon fils de 3 ans et demi à beaucoup apprécié sa chambre avec les jouets mis à disposition. Je recommande sans hésitations !

Celine’s Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück, sehr schön eingerichtet , ruhig gelegen, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, inklusive einem guten Bett, mehreren Klimaanlagen, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und einem kleinen Balkon, auf dem sich sehr schön frühstücken oder abends ein Glas Wein trinken lässt.Noch ein Sonnenschirm da oben , dann wäre es absolut perfekt :-). Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und dann ist man rasch mittendrin in Bordeaux. Der gesicherte Parkplatz ist eine feine Sache. Kurz gesagt: Das Haus ist eine 1A Basis, um Bordeaux zu erkunden, wir würden definitiv wieder einziehen :-)

Le logement était très confortable, très propre, il était conforme a la description. L'accueil est très chaleureux, tout est fait pour qu'on passe une excellent séjour. Nous sommes même repartis avec un tricycle pour notre petite fille, dont les hôtes n'avaient plus besoin. Vraiment, très sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Pia. Le logement correspond tout à fait à l annonce et est très agréable. Pia a été toujours réactive pour la moindre question.

Marie-Helene’s place was perfect for our stay! Her house is in top condition - clean, organized, and spacious. The terrace was a very nice bonus. Our dog was super happy to find an enclosed dog bed, similar to the one she travels with! Communication was great with clear instructions and she even drew us a diagram when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the TV! We love this location - great for walking and very close to the tram. The house is cleverly tucked behind a wall so that although you are in the city, you are not directly on the road. We would definitely return to Marie-Helene’s place!

Our stay at Nicolas' place was absolutely wonderful! The house was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was better than the pictures! It was in a very quiet neighborhood, with great bakeries and restaurants within a 10 minutes walk. Also, within a 10 minutes walk, there is a big beautiful park nearby for morning runs or picnics. We appreciated his quick responses and helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!

Séjour impeccable, je recommande ce logement

Maison parfaite! Propreté impeccable, équipée plus qu’il ne le faut, il y avait tout , surtout au niveau de la cuisine … un bonheur pour les fins gourmets que nous sommes ! Literie au top. Équipement pour bébé très bien. Environnement très calme, la vue sur les vignes depuis la cuisine est dépaysante. Hôte très réactif, un atout. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin.

Un excellent séjour sur Bordeaux dans de bel appartement situé dans un quartier calme et acces rapide au centre ville. L’accueil et la réactivité de Patricia ont été un atout pour nous pour valider un moment en famille magnifique !

Delphine was a fantastic host! Being a large group, it’s always hard to find a suitable place but this was perfect. Watersports on our door step, and beautiful sunsets every night. As a host, Delphine was great… always answered my messages and helped when we had a huge storm that stopped the electrics for some hours! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Had a lovely stay at this charming property. Despite being in a housing estate/area it felt very secluded and private. House is extremely well decorated and one of a kind. Kitchen really well equipped, two outside barbecues and we had everything we needed to cook for a large group. Any issues we encountered were immediately dealt with by the host. The property is 15 minutes walk from a LIDL supermarket and would need a car to get to any other shops/explore. There is convenient bus stops by the house to utilise as well. We really enjoyed the pool and the gardens. There is also a big nature reserve/woods right by the property with lovely walks. There were a lot of mosquitoes so come prepared. Overall we had an amazing time and the property felt like a home away from home. Would love to visit again.
