The house is excellent, beautiful and cozy, I went with 3 other people and a baby and it was comfortable for everyone. Great location, you can walk out and get to know the Cumbuco boardwalk and the beach. Tobias is very helpful and has helped us a lot. Would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! We were with our 5-month-old baby and the condominium is ok and comfortable for children. The apartment is very well equipped and waking up with a breathtaking view made our experience even more special.

We had an amazing weekend at the house! It is super spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and one bedroom with a fan. The house has a great variety of household items, such as a stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and even a coffee maker, which made all the difference for our stay. In addition, the condominium structure is excellent, offering safety and comfort, and the location is simply wonderful, as it is in front of the beach🏝️! Perfect for those who want to take a dip in the sea and go for a late afternoon walk. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back!

The house is very nice, especially the pool and deck part. Great to come with family. The only difference in the listing is that it's not 50 meters from the beach, but 150 meters away.

Great stay, very pleasant place to enjoy as a family, everything perfect. Host Cynthia, and the caretaker are always attentive.

The house is in a gated and safe condominium, 5 minutes walking from the sea, which has some spikes , which makes the sea calm for a wonderful bath, it looks like a wave pool. It is very close to the local commerce that has everything you need for your stay. It has 3 suites, which is perfect for privacy, all with air conditioning working well. Fabiana responds promptly, resolves any problem quickly. Our stay was 5 nights and we had no problem except the pool of the condominium that was unsuitable for bathing, but this is not possible for 1 owner to control.

Very good house, with ample green space, perfect for those with children. The house is close to the centre of Cumbuco, being well served by supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and beach stalls. The premises of the house are very good and supplied all our needs.

Sergio and his family were wonderful to me and my girlfriend. I was just waiting for a beautiful place, in front of the lagoon, to stay, but I felt like a part of the family and the local community. I just don't give 10 stars, because the maximum is 5, I would recommend as many times as necessary. If there are any english speakers reading this, this one is the place to go, the hosts will provide you w/ the best facilities, hospitality, laughs and kitesurf 🌊

The house is in a condominium in front of the beach, standing in the sand and is exactly as the photos show. We were very welcome, Vitória and her parents are great hosts and have given us good tips. It was all very clean and cozy, air conditioning running cold at bedtime, quiet place. It has several nearby restaurants and also a supermarket. The house has everything for a perfect stay, which makes it easy to pack, we only add towels and personal hygiene that is the basics of a travel suitcase!! Anyway, if you want a little place to feel at home, with the good price and convenience, this is the right place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is great fit if you wanna be close to the beach but still in a more calm location. The host is great and the place was clean and organized. The shared pool and playgrounds were also clean and in good conditions!
