Incredible spot. Lots of space for Alameda, new amenities and very clean. All we could ask for and more!

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

Sheila‘s place is exactly as advertised. Very clean and includes everything you would need. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Jess’s place! She was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything so smooth and easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated—charming, cozy, and with a lot of thoughtful touches. It’s in a central location, close to public transport and surrounded by great food spots, which made exploring the area super convenient. All the amenities were in great condition, and I was pleasantly surprised to even find lint rollers available—such a small but thoughtful detail that really stood out. I’d absolutely stay here again!

5 stars! A Perfect Stay in Walnut Creek! Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Alexander’s place. The home was not only spotless and comfortable, but also thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could need—from extra trash bags to toothbrushes, floss picks, and cotton swabs. Everything was arranged in such a convenient, intuitive way that it felt less like a typical guest room and more like a home someone genuinely lives in with care. We appreciated the ease of free parking right in front of the garage, and Alexander’s warm communication throughout. He lives downstairs, so he was always available and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was going smoothly and answered all questions that we had for local places. Taking out the trash was super easy, and having a washer and dryer available was a big plus for a longer stay. This place was not just clean and cozy,it was smartly set up for real comfort. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. Excellent stay - wish we'd found this place sooner! Our host was fantastic throughout our entire stay - incredibly helpful, responsive to any questions, and made the whole experience seamless. The property was exactly as described in the listing, with everything we needed and more. The location in Dublin worked perfectly for exploring Northern California. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If we had discovered it earlier, we definitely would have made it our home base for our entire NorCal trip instead of bouncing around different accommodations. We'll absolutely be booking here again on future visits to the Bay Area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained place with an outstanding host!

George did a wonderful job as a host communicating and responding. We had a great stay at his place. The location was really good with lots of stuff nearby. Would stay again! Rare to find a home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms at such an excellent price!

Had a great stay in Oakland at this place. It was easy to check-in, very clean, and the host was very responsive. They left me a thank-you note which was a nice surprise. Would recommend to others for families, but don’t book if you want somewhere to party. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views of the bay. Overall great!

Ringo's place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. He was attentive; instructions were clear. Stay was enjoyable.

This was a perfect base camp for us for our two day stay in the Bay Area as we celebrated/attended our daughter’s graduation from USF. The home looked as pictured and was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was so cute and we loved keeping the windows open and just feeling the night breeze and felt perfectly safe to do so. The neighborhood was walkable and we found some great wats in the area too.

Thank you Joanna for sharing your home with my family from out of town. The home was very beautiful and spacious. We all enjoyed you home. Would recommend this to people looking for a private home.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. Amiin Amiin Amiin) - our doas to Allah SWT to grant you more Rezki for providing us a safe great home to stay. Boys wanna come back to SFO and re-stay at your home again! Thank you Nader

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.
