Beautiful spot on the edge of a hiking area. Secluded and private, with beautiful views. Swimming pool is beautifully located and the special house with the deep basement has atmosphere. Hosts are careful in their place and have made something beautiful out of it. Enjoy.

This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very pleasant. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

Stay for 10 days in this amazing home! Very comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything was present. Special compliment for the wonderful bed. Made extensive use of the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The area is worth discovering. Montpelier is beautiful and close to Matelles is very nice and friendly. Also visit the caps along the Hérault. In short, a great stay and definitely recommended!

We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation with a parking space right outside the door, spacious rooms, a beautifully decorated living room/sam, a nice and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or bask. Not far from everything, 20 minutes' walk to Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 minutes to Port Marianne. Manuel, the host is nice, clear instructions. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay with the family and we will not hesitate to rent the Airbnb again. The house is very spacious and well-equipped, the terrace is very pleasant and not overlooked. All decorated with taste. The location inside the ramparts is ideal. Audrey was extremely kind and dedicated to our well-being, (very flexible, quick response and local recommendation). I even received small welcome gifts on the occasion of Mother's Day. It was also very convenient to have parking included in the rental. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice accommodation with a nice terrace and a nice garden lounge. The only downside is the lack of parking near the accommodation. However, parking spaces are easily found in the adjacent street.

Sophie welcomed us very well, the accommodation was 5 minutes from my friend's house, it was very convenient for us, we did everything on foot! The accommodation is well equipped but it was too hot this weekend to enjoy the small outdoor area. Thank you!

I would highly recommend staying at Eric’s place. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. The place is furnished beautifully, the hot tub is great addition. Eric was so helpful and friendly. We had the best stay.

Very good stay in the cottage! Perfectly clean and equipped for a baby (high chair, bed if requested, possibility of creating a changing area in the bathroom). The unit is small but well arranged. Only small downside in our opinion: the cottage overlooks the pedestrian street that passes between the beach and the houses and buildings that border the beach, which makes a little noise when you eat or when we are in the living room with the windows open. On the other hand, no problem at night! Late arrival due to traffic jams and which was done without a hitch thanks to Lucile's precise instructions!

Great place! We came for an extended weekend, 7 people. The accommodation has enough beds to sleep comfortably (air conditioning in summer saves the day!), it is also very large and allows for open and ventilated spaces. The best thing is of course the outdoor space with the pool, in such a quiet neighborhood it is very relaxing! Christophe was also very available by message/phone. In short, I highly recommend!

This house was beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. There was so much more space both inside and outside. It felt like a very spacious and well kept home. The salt water pool was particularly incredible. Ana herself was an incredibly accommodating host, offering us many recommendations for the surrounding area and when we arrived earlier than anticipated, permitted us to have an earlier check in and organised for Stacy (the house helper) to show us around the house. This Villa is beautiful and we had a lovely time. It is however in a very quiet area of Montpelier with an older population. As such the neighbours are not tolerant of noise even during the day. The house would be more appropriate for an older tourist or perhaps people looking to use it as a base while they travel during the day.
