E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. I loved the property—its views were truly marvelous, with beautiful scenes and long, lush gardens. The house itself was great, and the hosts were very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. Just one suggestion: adding central air conditioning would be wonderful, as it can get quite hot in the summer.

Our stay at home in Trequanda was nothing short of magical. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Angela, whose hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable visit. She made us feel at home immediately, showed us around the quaint town, and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our stay. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, a beautifully restored gem that perfectly blends Tuscan charm with elegant design. Every room was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and filled with character. Will’s home is a true reflection of his care and taste from the cozy interiors to the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Trequanda is a picturesque and peaceful village. The villa is the ideal base to soak it all in. Recommended by Angela, El Conte Matto is a local restaurant that truly captures the essence of Tuscan cuisine. The food was nothing short of spectacular,authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Tuscan stay!

La casina room, Suite di Charme for 2 people

Giacomo the owner's son was my point of contact. He was amazing from start to finish. I stayed for 8 nights and will stay here again for sure. I had some last minute personal issues - Giacomo was able to meet me and carry my luggage in. He also explained everything. And in my check out he was able to get his uncle Stefano to help me pack my car. ABOVE AND BEYOND service in all aspects. From fresh towels left in a basket outside my door, to having the unit cleaned during my stay and sheets changed. It is in the centro of Castelmuzio with one restaurant. I suggest if you can on your way stop in a supermarket before arriving if you need food, snacks, etc. They do have a COOP down the road/walkable but depending on when you arrive it might not be open. I stopped in Sinalunga on my way and it was quite easy. The heat and air conditioning worked perfectly. The unit was immaculate. The only challenge is the phone reception is spotty and it has nothing to do with the unit but the village.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist genauso wie auf den Fotos: Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir bisher waren! Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür kann man aber in den umliegenden Seen schwimmen gehen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, wollen aber ganz sicher noch einmal wiederkommen und dann auch länger bleiben!
