Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Castellón de la Plana

Magnifique maison avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Il ne manque absolument rien. Un accueil chaleureux de Manuel, son Papa, qui habite juste à côté. Il a été d‘une grande générosité et gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’échange que nous avons pu avoir avec lui. Nous aurions mis le double de points si nous aurions pu. Si on passe à nouveau dans la région nous n’hésiterons pas de revenir.

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

Ha Sido increíble. La casa es preciosa, mejor que las fotos. Estaba equipada con todo lo necesario y cuidado todo al detalle. Sin duda repetiremos. David ha Sido muy atento, estamos súper contentos! :)

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s place. The house is in a rural area in a nice typical Spanish village. To get to the house you have to drive through a small river. A SUV is usefull then. The house has a pool and in the village are 3 bars and a tiny grocery-shop. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away in Onda. There are some nice walks in the area and the small pool and garden is great!

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa: el alojamiento es cómodo, acogedor y está cuidado con mucho detalle. Además, el anfitrión ha estado siempre pendiente de todo, muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que ha hecho que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Todo genial. Torrenostra, por lo menos fuera de temporada, es super tranquilo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con una terraza con vista al mar y a medio minuto de terrazas y restaurantes.

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

A great place to stay in a central location. Easy to get around. The place was very comfortable. Make sure to watch the video instructions very helpful.

Sitio ideal para pasar unos días conociendo la ciudad. El alojamiento se encuentra cerca de una amplia variedad de supermercados y cafeterías y prácticamente al lado del centro urbano. La habitación principal y el baño son muy amplios y la calle bastante silenciosa. Tanto Miriam como Merche estuvieron pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuese cómoda, obsequiándonos con productos para el desayuno y recomendándonos restaurantes y lugares turísticos. Esperamos repetir el año que viene.

The Apartment is spacious, pristine, comfortable and well appointed. Javier put thought into the details that makes a guest comfortable!! The complex was quiet and neighbors friendly and helpful. The nearby beach clean and offers cabanas with cushioned lounge chairs at 40 Euros for three people and that included a mixed drink or beer from the beach restaraunt/bar. Javier was very quick to respond to any need or question, very easy to work with. Note if the parking garage space is tight (we had a 7 passenger vehicle). There is also plenty of outside parking on premises that is well lit. Would definately rent from Javier again!

Höfliche und freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns persönlich empfangen hat und uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat sowie Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist mit qualitativ guten Möbeln ausgestattet, die Betten sind auch für Rückenkranke bestens geeignet. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse guter Blick auf den Hafen. Leider gab es wie häufig in Spanien manchmal Probleme mit der Geruchsbelästigung (Hausflur,Lift, kleine Toilette und Terrasse) durch die Kanalisation, was außerhalb des Einflussbereichs von Alicia lag. Viele Restaurants fußläufig sowie kleinere Supermärkte und zwei etwas Größere. Bus und Tram um die Ecke, so dass man auch ohne Auto voll beweglich war. Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Apartment und haben die Zeit genossen.

Harald’s place, right in the heart of Ruzafa, is such a perfect location from which to venture out and see Valencia. Most things are only a :20 walk, including the old city, the Grand Market, La Lonja, the Micalet, and even the Calatrava Palace of Arts & Science. But Ruzafa is also buzzing with nightlife, great restaurants, and culture. And, there’s an awesome market - Mercado De Ruzafa - about a one minute walk up the road. We stayed here for a week while chaperoning our son who was at a local camp. My husband and I ventured out most days and then he worked remotely during the evenings. We couldn’t have found a more perfect, comfortable, safe, fun, and all-around fantastic place than Harald’s. (@Harald - Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for answering some of our more unusual questions about what life is like living in Valencia! Your place is great, comfortable, and we love your design aesthetic!!)

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

Juan est particulièrement accueillant, sympathique et attentionné. L’appartement est parfait : calme, avec une superbe vue dégagée, proche d’un immense parc, très bien équipé et très propre. La literie est très confortable. Tout était parfait, dans les moindres détails : café, boissons, lait, gâteaux, gel douche, shampoing, armoire à pharmacie, … Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement Juan et je louerai son appartement à nouveau sans aucune hésitation. Un grand merci, tout était formidable.

Hem estat super a gust. Apartament en una zona tranquila i molt ben equipat.. no faltava de res! Tracte amb Karina fàcil, professional i proper. Ho recomano 100%!!

Estuvimos encantados con el lugar, la playa a unos minutos caminando y pudimos usar la piscina también. El piso está muy bien equipado, amplio y limpio. Todo excelente 😃

Casa Desiré was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we could walk to anything in the city or easily get an Uber or Taxi to travel to see our son’s soccer games outside the city. There is so much to walk and see from this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace every evening, watching people below and listening to the music from the street performers as they performed in the plaza. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after walking the city. It is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. Desiré recommended some great local pubs for watching soccer matches. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. There is street noise from below, as it is located in the city center, but the noise was never an issue for us. The Central Market was so close, and had great local food. For us, this is definitely a 5 star accommodation!

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda en el alojamiento de Beatriz. El alojamiento es muy amplio, cómodo y muy acogedor. La terraza es muy agradable y la urbanización muy bonita. En cuanto al equipamiento, no le falta de nada, tanto en la cocina como en el resto de la casa. Todo estaba impecable. La ubicación es excelente para ir a la playa y al pueblo así como por la cercanía de varios supermercados. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Es un alojamiento recomendable cien por ciento 💯. Todo tal cual describían en el anuncio ,pero los ojos fueron los órganos del cuerpo que más disfrutaron desde la llegada por las vistas impresionantes que teníamos desde el balcón . Todo limpio e impecable . Estuvimos a gusto . A 15 minutos caminando por la playa ya encuentras lugares para disfrutar de comer . Volveremos seguro por qué los anfitriones super majos estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros. Gracias .
