We really enjoyed our stay at Cossimo’s. He and Francesca were so welcoming and kind. They answered every question we had and were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early- so so appreciated because we hadn’t slept in nearly 30 hours. Highly recommend!

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. From the beginning, Irma was quick to communicate and always very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Of course, the view was beautiful. As a single woman, I felt safe to come and go at this location. It was convenient to the many Siena sites I wished to see. I highly recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect apartment with a great host. Giorgio responds super fast and was extremely helpful before, and on arrival. The apartment itself has everything you could want or need. And it was pleasant even while it was more than 35 degrees outside. It was also spotlessly clean and in a great location. Would love to stay here again when visiting Florence.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Letizia's accommodation. The accommodation is perfectly located on the outskirts of San Gimignano with views of the city and the Tuscan countryside. We were able to park at a discount in the parking lot next door through Letizia, which was very convenient. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely visit again!

LOVELY, Spacious, Clean home with a beautiful view of the duomo. We loved our stay at Mary + Gio’s. Plenty of room to spread out, good size bathroom + shower. Fully stocked kitchen. The wash machine worked great! The fridge was very clean + lots of room. Comfortable bed. A pull out couch if you need it. We were here in June when it’s hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Mary + Gio gave us great recommendations for booking things in advance which was a life saver- we didn’t have to wait in any lines. They communicated up to our arrival with quick responses. Met us upon arrival to show us how everything works + share info about the area. He also carried all our luggage up the stairs which was really nice. It was walking distance to everything. It took 14 minutes to walk from train station to home. Me + my daughter were here and felt very safe in the home + walking around in the evening. If we come back we will stay here! Thank you both for sharing your home with us!

The stay at Paola's house was very good. The location is perfect because it is close to different places in Tuscany. It has an incredible view and Paola was very kind giving us recommendations about the area.

We stayed a few days in this beautiful house nestled in the Tuscan hills. Curated, with a beautiful garden. Has everything you need. Great strategic location both for being in tranquility and for visiting nearby cities, Arezzo, Siena, and Florence. The hosts were very friendly and friendly.

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

A small jewel in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan landscape. Right on the street, but when the windows are closed, it's nice and quiet. The incredibly large garden cools the area and the stone house is perfect for June at 31 degrees. We really enjoyed our week. Cooked in the kitchen and grilled in the garden. We could simply use wood as long as it was available. At night, we could watch fireflies and in the evening stroll on foot into the village or in 5 minutes to the Beck and Coop. We will be happy to come back. Thank you. You feel very comfortable! A dream.

Amazing stay at Eleonora's house. We were 4 adults and spent 5 nights there. Everything was clean, comfortable, very well located to visit the beautiful village of Radda in Chianti on foot. And what about the back terrace with a breathtaking view of the Chianti! We had a memorable time there. We highly recommend this accommodation!

A beautiful place, immersed in the hilly countryside of Casentino. A renovated building with great care and taste in which you can breathe the history of the owner and his art. Prawns, trees, shrubs, water mirrors, and a beautiful garden are the setting for all this. In addition, you have the impression that you are guests of a friend and not customers of an accommodation facility. On my behalf, I'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The place is even better in real life than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you might need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love to be in the middle of nature. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

The apartment is in a brilliant location right in the centre of the city close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the view was totally worth the 90 step climb. Laura was incredibly friendly and accommodating and would 100% recommend staying here to friends.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Mirkos place is by far the standout for our trip in Italy. The view is just stunning and his placve has a very olde worlde Italian feel. Fits perfectly with the Siena vibe. Thank you Mirko!

Francesca is a present and delicious guest as well as her apartment: fresh flowers upon our arrival, small attention and great availability. In short, everything is perfect for those who want to get away and immerse themselves in nature!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.
