I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

The location is fantastic — just steps away from a beautiful palace and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see in Florence. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and Michele was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is thoughtfully maintained and you can tell Michele takes real pride in it. The kitchen is small but well-equipped — perfect for making lunch or a simple meal. During our visit, it was 35°C outside, so we were especially grateful for the excellent air conditioning, which gave us a cool retreat from the heat. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!

El Departamento de Luca es muy lindo,se respira historia,tiene detalles antiguos que le Da personalidad,aparte,está a una cuadra de la Catedral de Santa Croce,20 minutos de la Catedral Santa María del fiore y otras atracciones.Encuentras todo lo que necesitas y detalles que se agradecen como un rico gel de baño hasta detalles de aseo personal,La Cocina está bien equipada y la habitación es confortable y no es ruidosa a pesar de estar en una calle súper transitada,especialmente en esta época del año.Florencia es una ciudad por descubrir en cada rincón y Luca nos dio recomendaciones y estuvo siempre atento a responder nuestras inquietudes.Altamente recomendado!Gracias Luca

Amazing place! Sveva’s condo was exactly as described. Best location right across the bridge and next to the best Gelato. Condo’s AC worked great and kept us cool throughout our whole visit. Unfortunately, we had to cut out stay short due to strikes in Italy, and Sveva was extremely understanding. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for some classic Florence charm that’s a bit away from the hustle and bustle that you typically find in the city center. 10/10

We loved our stay in this beautiful spotless apartment in Florence. It was exactly as described and in a great location that is so convenient for walking everywhere. It was well stocked with everything we needed. And had a comfy bed. We also loved the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Andrea was a terrific host! He gave us clear instructions was very accommodating of our late arrival, super friendly, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment when we arrived. The place is really great! Very spacious, super clean, amazing view. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is very central to Siena - just a short walk to everything. We parked at the soccer stadium, which was small fee each day (we used the car each day and left it overnight - it’s more expensive if you just leave it there the whole time), and about a 8 minute walk to the apartment. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place!

Chiara and Simone’s place was spotless, beautifully organized, and just like the photos. It had all the amenities we needed for our 4-night stay. The location was fantastic, most places were within walking distance or easily reached by the 23 bus. They were accommodating with our check-in time, considering our flight’s arrival time. Simone kindly welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, and explained everything clearly. They also provided a helpful map and a list of great local restaurant recommendations. We’d be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Florence! :)

Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Daniela met us and was so flexible in communications. The apartment was exactly as described and in a quieter part of town but within walking distance of everything that Florence has to offer. Very close by are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants - many of which we enjoyed visiting. The bed was really comfortable and it was a bonus to have the washing machine and outside clothes line to dry things off - with added lovely jasmine scent from the beautiful bushes below.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft. Der Weg dorthin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen, aber sonst gut machbar wenn man langsam fährt. Dafür ist es aber auch total ruhig dort. Das Häuschen ist niedlich eingerichtet. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und Alessandro hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Das Bett und die Kissen sind ausgesprochen bequem. Etwas störend ist die fiepende Gastherme und die Tatsache, dass die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ziemlich geschwankt hat. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch reparieren. Aber das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit allem Komfort für eine entspannte Urlaubswoche in Val D’Orcia. Der Ausblick vom Garten des Grundstücks ist einfach nur wunderschön!

Ce bel appartement confortableb et sa terrasse avec vue sur Florence sont parfaits pour découvrir la ville. Le centre historique est accessible rapidement grâce à plusieurs lignes de bus mais le soir vous êtes au calme à proximité de tous les commerces nécessaires pour s'organiser de jolies soirées sur la terrasse. Paola est une femme charmante qui n'hésite pas à partager ses bons plans à Florence.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We hebben een onvergetelijke 14 dagen doorgebracht op deze droomplek. Het huis is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met 360 graden kilometers ver schitterend uitzicht. Het is goed bereikbaar en centraal gelegen zodat vele bekende plekken in Toscane goed bereikbaar zijn. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, zelfs is er een Bialetti Moka koffiezetter aanwezig voor de liefhebber maar ook een gewoon koffiezetapparaat. De Coop supermarkt en bakker zijn binnen 15 minuten rijden te vinden. Anna, Francesca en hun team houden alles op en top schoon, ze zijn goed bereikbaar en spreken goed Engels. Ook hun moeder komt dagelijks langs om te controleren af alles in orde is. Bij het zwembad is het heerlijk vertoeven met een uitzicht waar je nooit genoeg van krijgt. Alles is uitstekend geregeld, iedereen heeft zijn eigen plekken buiten. Een top plek!

Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara – Antonella e Leano sono persone autentiche, calorose e disponibili, capaci di farti sentire subito a casa. Se venite qua non potete perdervi la schiaccia, una bontá divina! La location è incantevole: silenzio rotto solo dai suoni della natura, e un’atmosfera senza tempo che invita alla lentezza e alla serenità. Perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca autenticità, buon cibo e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

La struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e con una piscina dalla vista incredibile. La camera era pulitissima e con tutti i comfort possibili. Abbiamo interagito molto con una gentilissima signora della reception, molto cordiale e disponibile. Il vino che abbiamo degustato inoltre era eccezionale , vale la pena soggiornarci anche solo per una notte! Estremamente raccomandato

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.
