Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Appartement. Da wir nur zwei Tage da waren, konnten wir es nicht voll auskosten. Ansonsten war alles bestens und super entspannt. Würden die Wohnung bzw. Anlage empfehlen.

Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause! Wirklich eine total geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Meer und genug Platz, um zu frühstücken und Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und fußläufig zum Hafen und Strand gelegen. Es gibt sogar zwei Fernseher mit eigenem Netflix-Account, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - sogar eine neue Flasche mit gutem Olivenöl war vorhanden. Das Bett ist 1,40m groß, was für unseren Geschmack etwas breiter sein dürfte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren enorm dankbar für die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sowie den Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten Michaela jederzeit bei Fragen schnell erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen! Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Enricas Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von Federico empfangen. Einchecken konnten wir netterweise schon etwas eher, was uns das Ankommen mit Kleinkind und Baby sehr erleichtert hat, lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und wir haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Am letzten Abschnitt des Strandes hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was dort anscheinend kein Problem ist. Oft waren wir dort sogar alleine. Lieben Dank nochmal an Enrica, Rosa und Federico, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Porto Istana!

Wij zijn drie nachten in het appartement van Sonia gebleven en dit was eigenlijk veel te kort! Een groot, schoon en compleet appartement op loopafstand van zee en overal is aan gedacht. Een complete keuken, twee grote balkons en zelfs speelgoed voor ons zoontje. Geen minpunten te bedenken!

We loved staying in this beautiful little beach apartment. Had all the amenities, close to the centre and great BBQ and outdoor shower. We really appreciated the late checkout!

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

La casa de Laura está muy bien ubicada. Cerca de la playa, que llegas a pie, y también cerca del centro Laura me respondió cada pregunta, e inclusive la moleste en la madrugada, y me respondió de inmediato. El lugar es sencillo, un ambiente, con cocina en la terraza. Cuenta con ventilador, que nos hizo muy amigable la estadía. Podes ir sin auto!!!! Gracias Laura!!

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to return in future! Thankyou! 🩵

Sabrina was really welcoming. The place was quiet, clean and bright. There is a swimming pool. There are few restaurants close to the house. Lovely beach with Cristal-clear water about 3 kilometers.

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et très agréable. Le quartier est calme et est situé à proximité de tout les commerces ( cafés, bar, supermarchés et pharmacie ). La plage est à 5min à pied ce qui est très agréable et pratique. A refaire sans hésitations Merci à la maman de Marco pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et disponibilité

Excellent séjour en Sardaigne dans cette résidence idéalement située a une quarantaine de kilomètres de l'aéroport d'Olbia Placée a proximité d'un supermarché et a quelques kilomètres de magnifiques plages, nous avons été accueilli tardivement le premier soir retenu par un retard d'avion. Malgré cela nos hôtes nous ont bien accueilli . Appartement très propre ,machine a laver, résidence calme avec possibilité de faire des barbecues. Le seul point a améliorer concernerait la piscine , non chauffée et aux températures un peu juste en ce début Mai. Excellent rapport qualité prix et accueil remarquable. A conseiller vivement
