Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cascais e Estoril

We had a lovely stay in Cascais. The house was clean and comfortable and in a very peaceful, safe and friendly neighbourhood with a private, pretty courtyard garden. It was just a short walk to the beach, marina and Cascais train station with plenty to do and lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. The train ride to Lisbon was just 35 minutes so a very easy day trip. The Lidl just a few hundred metres away was also perfect for getting anything you need - fresh produce, good quality and very good value. Mauricio was a great host, keeping in touch and helping out with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely house.

We just finished a fabulous five night stay and highly recommend. Gui greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home. It is a historic home so there are some quirks, though nothing crazy. The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 (ages 12-70). The location absolutely cannot be beat - we never walked more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go which was much appreciated at the end of the night! There is noise as the home is centrally located but that is a worthwhile trade off for the location. Washer (line dry) worked well and there were umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc for the beach. We did not cook at the house so cannot provide a review but kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There is only AC in two of the rooms but there are shutters that help keep the heat of the day out and there were two fans available as well. Especially for the price and location, this is a great home for a large group.

Ich hatte kein Problem mit der Unterkunft.Die netten Hunde empfand ich als prima Begleitung, wenn man allein in einer Unterkunft ist.Alles war super ausgestattet ,und zum Schluss kam auch noch die Waschmaschine, die etwas gefehlt hat. Wer viel Ruhe braucht und gut zu Fuß ist ,fühlt sich in dieser Umgebung sehr wohl. Leider war das Wetter etwas einschränkend und ließ die Nutzung des Barbecuebereichs nicht zu. Ein kleiner Tipp: über der Eingangstür wäre eine kleine Überdachung gut, denn der Regen hat gnadenlos zugeschlagen und man hat die Nässe immer in den Wohnbereich getragen.

Huge apartment with amazing views over the sea and up to the moorish castle. Looked exactly like the photos. Lisa was so friendly and helpful when we met her and she also answered any queries almost immediately prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend to all

Le logement est très bien situé et permet de faire tout à pieds ce qui facilite les déplacement et permet d’économiser de l’argent. Les 2 chambres et salles de bain sont à l’opposé et séparés par le salon et la cuisine ce qui permet une grande intimité pour 2 couple tout en permettant de profiter des endroits communs ensemble. La terrasse intime est un must.

I had a great time at Anabela's place. The house is very pretty and clean, looks like the photos, and it is set in a very quiet village, with beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. If you want a quiet, tranquil place for your stay, this is perfect. Anabela is very friendly and helpful. There are lots to do in the neighbourhood, with a car it is very easy to get around. I was without a car, and even on foot it was easy to get around: the beach is just 1 hour walk from the house, there are frequent bus connections to Sintra, Corales and Cascais, the bus stop is approx. 20 minutes walk from the house. I highly recommend Anabela's place, I had a great time there, wish I could have stayed longer.

Carlos was a great host the space is beautiful clean and spacious. the location is close to many beautiful areas. We stayed here because we were in town for a friends wedding and it was easily accessible to all the events in cascais and estoril. Carlos gave us lots of recommendations and the instructions for check in were very organized and easy to understand. Would definitely stay here again

We hebben genoten van onze dagen. Het appartement ligt dichtbij de zee en in de stad cascais. Het is een prima ruimte voor met z'n tweeen, de communicatie verliep soepel en alles is aanwezig van wat je nodig hebt. Het enige is dat je wel van een hard bed moet houden. We hebben van onze tijd genoten, dankjewel!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anthony. Le logement est très bien situé, très calme et bien équipé (notamment lit bébé et chaise haute). Nous recommandons fortement.

Location: Quiet location and local neighborhood. Short drive to Cascais Central within 30minutes. Paco de arcos is just 15minutes walking distance away where you can enjoy the beach and sun. Host: Carlos was a superhost. He responded actively, greeted in front of the accommodation. Guided us with all the amenities, location, sightseeing, and restaurants. Made check in process smooth and was able to have great communication. Facilities: Everything is equipped in this place. From kitchen, bathroom, living room supplies. This place was phenomenal with great view, balcony with grill, steam room, spa as it showed on the photo. Cleanliness: Up to perfection. Couldn’t expect more than this. Overall it was our first time to Portugal and we arrived a bit early before check in time but Carlos’s warm welcome with some welcome drink and sweets made an impressive wonderful first impression. If I do come back to Portugal I will stay this place for my journey. Thank you

Maria hat uns persönlich empfangen. Durch ihre offene und außerordentlich nette Art haben wir uns sofort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung und man hat gemerkt, dass es Ihr wichtig ist, uns einen möglichst guten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. So stand sie immer für Fragen bereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir haben dort auch gekocht und Wäsche gewaschen. Das ging alles super. Das Bett war gemütlich. Alles in einem also ein sehr guter Aufenthalt den ich weiterempfehlen kann. Als kleine Überraschung gab Maria uns eine Portugiesisches Gebäck. Solche Dinge erwarte ich nicht von einem Host, aber Sie sind trotzdem schön. ☺️

Как дома! Это огромная редкость, найти квартиру, чтобы была чистота, уют, жесткие матрацы, хорошие полотенца, новая мебель, техника. Мы жили две недели втроем: сын (14 лет), и я с женой. Два санузла, отличное расположение квартиры (каждый день гуляли по набережной). В один из дней нам понадобилась сушка для белья (в квартире есть стиральная машинка и сушилка), но у нас были деликатные вещи, которые нужно сушить только в развешенном виде. Карла позаботилась и уже на следующий день у нас была новая сушка. Это очень приятно! Квартира просторная. Кондиционеры новые! Мы получили огромное удовольствие, спасибо за заботу и гостеприимство!

Excellent apartment right in the heart of Cascais. We loved how accessible and close it is to everything…beaches, shops, amazing restaurants and beautiful scenery. Parking is a challenge if you have a car with you, so plan on parking further away and walking to the apartment. The apartment itself is so comfortable and has everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had amazing sleeps! Thanks for an unforgettable visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Duques Villa. Completely renovated historic property with plenty of room for two and all the modern conveniences. Extremely clean and comfortable. Relaxing outdoor area shaded by fruit trees with view of the river. Our host Lucinda was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Short drive or invigorating walk to city center. Recommended!

Der Aufenthalt in der Casa do Mar hat in jeder Hinsicht perfekt gepasst. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten vom Strand, der Busstation den Restaurants und dem mercado entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben alles blitzsauber angetroffen. Im hübsche Garten kann man bestens verweilen und die Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

We stayed 11 days with our kids. Age 9.6.4.1. The baby was in our room with the crib and the 3 in the other bedroom. Worked out great. Large entertainment room. The kids loved the Lego (I’m sure it will be found by future guests in random spots). We loved walking from our place to the coast. Close to good grocery stores. Lots of park days. Pool was amazing. Great for my 1 year old to scoot around the shallow part.

Superbe appartement dans un bâtiment magnifique. Grande terrasse très agréable. Les fenêtres et les cloisons diminuent grandement les bruits extérieurs et permettent de bien dormir. Literie et lit très confortable. Un bel endroit sécuritaire pour passer plusieurs jours à Lisbonne !

Супер жилье и супер Нуно! Тот опыт, когда живешь как дома со всем необходимым от капсул для посудомойки до специй. Хозяин сделал жилье очень уютным и домашним за счет декора, деталей. Шикарная терраса и место для bbq. Отличный вид, гамак, полный кайф. С большим удовольствием провели неделю в гостях у Нуно. Расположение отличное, все под рукой. Рекомендую останавливаться здесь, без проблем ездили в Лиссабон на электричке, а жили у океана.

Alloggio ben curato e pulito a 15 min a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia più vicina, ben organizzato e di facile accesso. Lo consiglio tantissimo!

We found the condo very comfortable and large. It was very convenient to downtown Cascais and an easy 10 minute walk. The Wednesday Cascais Market is right across the street from the Condo and great fro fresh vegetable, fruit and fish. We would stay there again and highly recommend it
