Wonderful stay. Accommodations clean, comfortable, spacious. Gr8 breakfast foods ! My 2nd time here.

Stay here! This is without a doubt the cleanest and most well stocked of any vacation rental we have stayed in over the past 15 years. It was like transitioning to our own home in a new location. We had everything we needed. The kitchen lacked nothing and everything was easy to locate.The beds AND pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. Bathrooms were sparkling clean and were well stocked with many extras. On the cool evenings we found the cozy throws and comfy furniture in the living room very welcoming and enjoyed the books available..The convenient covered parking only 3 steps from the door was also a huge plus for us. Finally Michelle and Dan were amazing hosts and went above and beyond for us when I lost an item in Tucson. This is the one you want! Clean, comfortable and roomy in a great location.

This home was cozy and comfortably held all 6 members of my family.

Mary's place was perfect for our family group of nine. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped with plenty of dishes and pot/pans. Washer and dryer were great as we had two grandkids that we had to wash clothes for. The backyard with a grill, fire ring and a lemon tree that had lemons that you could pick was very nice. We were able to make lemonade and lemon cookies using the fresh lemons. Mary and Dennis were great hosts, very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again when we are in Tucson. At the top of all Airbnb's we have stayed in.

Great place, great location. Easy access to all the city action and cozy enough for a mini retreat!

The house was perfect for my family. Plenty of privacy but close to each other at the same time! I loved the size of the dining room and kitchen. Plenty of room to play games and cook breakfast in the morning! And most important it is 20 minutes to almost everything! Thanks for providing a good place to enjoy vacation with our kids.

The home was clean, comfortable and felt like home. The neighborhood was welcoming and the location was excellent.

Don't think twice and don't let the numbers of reviews deceive you! my husband and I kept blaming ourselves for not renting this gorgeous,convenient and very comfortable place in our previous visits to Tucson. Once we stepped in, we immediately felt at home. Everything in the house is thoroughly thought of, from the furniture and kitchen essentials to the bathrooms and cleanness of house . The two bedrooms are very comfortable. The location is very convenient . my boys loved the the community swimming pool. I do miss drinking my tea early morning in the backyard while watching the hummingbirds and the Sonora Desert life around me. thank you Rachel for being an amazing hostess and answering my questions so quickly.

We stayed here for a friend’s graduation. It was perfect for two couples & not a far drive from the UofA campus. The two parking spots were perfect & was overall a nice stay!

Fabulous! The host just thought of so many things to make the stay wonderful. We arrive late after a delayed flight. We were hungry. While not expecting anything there was a snack basket and some bottled water for us. There was coffee for the next morning. There were remote control holders on the wall of each room to make finding those easy. They even had glass jars with q tips, cotton swabs, and cotton wipes in each bathroom. This host did the little things and it was perfect for our graduation trip. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful place, heating and cooling absolutely wonderful. Bed's super extremely comfortable. Cozy backyard. House layout extremely cool. I couldn't wish for a better stay and a better host That was absolutely completely super reliable in responding to any and all messages no matter of the time. Very comfortable garden home arrangement, super quiet with no sound at all heard from neighbors, tastefully decorated with excellent quality living room and bedroom furnishings. Kitchen was very well supplied with cooking utensils and appliances beyond our expectations. Delightful patio overlooking golf course with citrus trees and nice clean grill available. Owners/management responded very quickly to our having problems opening garage door automatically when we arrived in the PM, fixed by the next AM without problem. The Pima County Loop paved trail system is very close by, easy walking distance, and numerous parks/trails including Catalina State Park are short driving distance away. Would definitely recommend this location for any couple or small family looking for comfort and easy access to outdoors at a very reasonable price.

I travel to Tucson regularly, and although it has been a long time since I attended school there I tend to feel most comfortable somewhere that is near campus. This duplex is well situated both near campus, but equally walkable to 4th Ave, Downtown, and Barrio Viejo. The entire complex of several units has been restored very well and tastefully. They are clean, well designed, and had everything I needed. As this unit is part of duplex, you will occasionally hear your neighbor, but it is nothing concerning (I guess that depends on who the neighbor is). There is a bar/nightclub across the street that provided a bit of extra sound on Saturday night, but it was cut off promptly at midnight. Great little place, and had everything I needed for my stay.

We had a great time staying at the Cowboy Corner. Katie thought of everything and her instructions at check in were crystal clear. This was the perfect stop for us; it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. If we are ever passing through Tucson again we will definitely try to book it again!

My friends and I stayed at this townhouse for the weekend (they were visiting from out of town, whereas for me it was a staycation). The house was very clean, clutter-free, well-stocked, comfortable, peaceful, and had great sunsets as promised. It was everything we needed to reconnect and relax. Thanks!

Working with Sylvia was easy, she always responded with our questions in a timely manner. The place is clean, and just the right size. Close to stores, and good restaurants. Even though the place is in a complex, it was still quiet. One evening we were sitting out on the deck and a group of Javelina’s, came walking by, with their babies. Very friendly and understanding hosts. Great communication, and very responsive. Home was clean and cozy. Food was within walking distance, and the area was a good distance from downtown. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Elia's place is conveniently located and totally comfortable. The combination of comfy living area, good-sized master suite, extra bedroom plus den/office/BR, large second bath, private interior courtyard (with great BBQ), two-car gagage (with utility closet), breakfast nook, efficient A/C makes for a great stay in Tucson. And she's always there if you need anything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rob’s place. Super clean, private and quiet. Well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay without the clutter. Would highly recommend staying.

Lee is a super host and timely communicator. Though there was a minor issue getting into the place, Lee was fantastic and right there it to resolve with no delay. The home is newly updated, nicely appointed, and very clean. Mattress was very comfortable, and overall everything went well. Five stars! D
