Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Casano

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

Our short stay at Luca's place was perfect for exploring La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The place was spacious and a quick walk to the main areas of La Spezia and the train station. Luca met us before check-in and explained everything to us. There was a bottle of wine, waters, and snacks awaiting us. Parking on the street was very inexpensive and easy with the parking app. We would stay there again! Thank you, Luca, for your kindness and hospitality.

Annalisa’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. She met us to check in and gave some great recommendations. Riomaggiore is a great base for a stay in Cinque Terre! She also texted back very quickly when we had questions!

The location of the flat is perfect for adventuring Lucca. It’s very large for a couple and has everything you would need. We were very impressed by Sabrina’s hospitality and all of the recommendations she was honestly the best host I’ve experienced through Airbnb in my 7 years of using the service.

Elena & Eugenio's place was wonderful. It's located in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center and was an easy walk to the Tower, other attractions, and the city center. It was very well appointed and extremely clean. They had clear instructions displayed throughout the home and they were proactive, friendly, and responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt in good hands from the start. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime. As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

we spent New Year's Eve in company and had a lot of fun. The house is beautiful and reflects all the information. Elizabeth is very kind and proactive for any request or problem. Absolutely recommended!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

Giacomo’s apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location to explore Lucca from. We also really appreciated the toys and cot for our 2 year old daughter! We would not hesitate to recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in Lucca.

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper and etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room top equipped. But what would still be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise, everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. First, friendly hosts and consistent information. We were made to feel very welcome. We're so grateful for this stay. Very cozy house, as described. Train station nearby, as well as a supermarket. Local shops and cafes too. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, very good television, bathroom too, and a date of cleaning products. There was still a supply of water bottles and other things that we enjoyed, and we wanted to contribute with € and they very politely said they didn't want anything in return. Very polite people, really. We highly recommend this place! We also highly recommend this space for those wishing to visit Cinque Terre. Everything is very accessible. All the best to these people.

After a short fright, as we arrived very late and did not know the streets, we woke up in one of the most beautiful places since we have been using Airbnb. My mother said that was the best find we ever had. The location, view, amenities and generally the apartment was simply 1a. Diego has earned only 5.0 out of 5 stars and that is also reflected in the reviews! We would love to come back!

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.
