Villetta indipendente, completamente recintata con cancello per ingresso macchine e cancelletto pedonale. Grande e curato giardino con barbecue,e ampio portico dove potrete pranzare ammirando la spettacolare vista del Monte Titano e la vallata che lo circonda. Dal portico si accede alla sala,che offre tutti i confort, con divano letto, alla destra della sala é situata la cucina attrezzata. Sempre dalla sala si accede a un corridoio che ospita due camere matrimoniali ,una camera singola e bagno.

Cortemazzini36 è una piccola casa appena ristrutturata con superficie di 50mq situata in una piccola corte di Via Mazzini 36, con ingresso e cortile indipendenti. L'edificio si trova a poche decine di metri dal teatro comunale, dal centro storico, dal porto canale Leonardesco e quindi dal museo della marineria. Esso Comprende una stanza notte con letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con tv e divano letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura con veranda in vetro di ultima generazione e un bagno.

The green home is a small house with 2 double bedrooms both with a great view on the private park of 6.000 mq where you find a private pool, an orchard and a collection of antique roses. It takes 3 kilometers to go to the city center and if you like to ride a bike there is also a comfortable bicycle lane that allow you to go to the city center in about 10 minutes. It is very close to a big mall where you can find everything you need.

A special refuge for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature without giving up being in the city center. An opportunity to stay in a venue characterized by a piece of art, a Mural by the local artist Paolo Psiko that fits perfectly into the colonial style of the whole decor.

The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
