Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Secured access and garage. The location is great specially in proximity to key iconic Masjid and short drive from the old city. Even though the neighborhood is a bit older building but you are close to the old city of Casablanca with its old souk and traditional shops and restaurants but not too far from some good places to eat as well. One thing I would have wished is more open view of the city from the unit but that didn’t impact our stay. We were greeted at check-in by Ahmad and Omar who lives at the building and provide help to tenants in general.

The villa is secure and highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Dar Bouazza, conveniently located near supermarkets, the mall, and the beach. I will definitely return!

Un séjour parfait à Casablanca ! La villa était impeccable, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé, proche des principaux sites et commerces. Les lits étaient confortables, et l’espace de vie très lumineux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et l’hôte très réactif. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, propre et très bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal (nouveau quartier entre Casablanca et Mohamedia) et nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme. L'hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Hautement recommandé.

Actually it was very nice experience to be guest of Airbnb for first time in Morocco. The host ( mr. Yousef) was very helpful and friendly, the place was great, the villa was outstanding location and services. My self and my family were very happy to chosen this place, and I’m sure I will be back soon to stay again and again, also I will strongly recommend it to my friends. من افضل المساكن وأريحها على العين من جمال الاثاث والتناسق .. وكذالك على العقل يشعرك بانك في منزلك .. موقع مميز جداً ومنطقه هاديه ومريحة .. خياري الاول في المغرب 🇲🇦 .. صاحبه السكن على اتم استعداد للمساعده في ما نحتاجه .. اشكرها .. اتمنى من اي شخص يفكر انه يذهب هناك ويستاجر .. ان يعامل المنزل معامله جيده

Jad and Hajar were very friendly and responsive, adapting the check-in process to suit my situation. The home is clean and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the private outdoor pool. I highly recommend this beautiful, tranquil place.

Une vue incroyable, le logement etait très propre et la terrasse super confortable ! La Clim fonctionnait parfaitement, le bruit des vagues est très agréable Petit bémol sur l’absence de télécommande pour sortir du parking, apparemment les clients d’avant sont partis avec. Je recommande bien sûr

Youssef’s condo was remarkable. Very clean, modern and quite comfortable. We loved walking to the beach and to Morocco Mall/Supermarket. But what really made our stay so wonderful was our host, Youssef. He was the best. He met us at the condo very early on our arrival day and allowed us to check in very early. He showed us around the area and responded immediately to all of our inquiries; he arranged tours and transfers for us and made sure we were always in our planned destinations and back home safely. He gave us many recommendations for things to do and restaurants to go to. Upon check out he arranged an early taxi for our transfer to the train station. Even after our check out he has provided recommendations for our remaining time in Morocco. He is an exceptional, genuinely great host. Airbnb is lucky to have him and we are very, very grateful to have met him and firmed such a lovely host/guest relationship with him. Youssef is a wonderful Moroccan ambassador!
