At 150 meters you have the mouth of the Alto de Extremadura metro and just next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, there is also a night line that leaves from the Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, pastry,bank, etc., so that you do not lack for anything. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

Yogesh & Pooja have been the most amazing and friendly hosts! They speak English, French, Spanish, making communication very easy :-) They have tons of recommendations about daily & touristic lifes in Madrid (groceries, bars, restaurants, districts, ...) and will gladly help you make the best of your stay. We happily shared some meals and drinks together: it always smells good in their apartment! The apartment is small but cosy & clean, is well located with main bus line just nearby or a 15 minutes walk to a metro station from which you'll be in Madrid center within 1 to 3 stops. There are also a huge park and the riverside close by, where you can go for a fresh shaded walk. It would be the best choice ever for your stay !

Staying at this place felt like being at home. The place is very well located. I thank Alejandro very much for his hospitality, and for the care of every detail of his home. Without hesitation, I would come back again. Everything touristy is 5 minutes away, and there is a bus in front of the house. A beautiful area. I highly recommend it.

Mercedes and Chris are very nice hosts. It's a nice bright apartment, everything is straightforward and the bathroom is newly renovated. Everything is clean and tidy.
