We loved our stay in Benagil. The house on a cliff overlooking the ocean was amazing and peaceful. We hiked to the beach and along the cliffs from the house and we took day trips by car to nearby towns. The house was large and pristine. Marco was very responsive and provided local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

We have just spent 5 days at Paul’s Villa as Grandparents,Daughter, Son-in-law and baby. It was a perfect place with plenty of open plan area. Air Conditioned bedrooms opening out onto the patio which is really nice. Immaculately clean throughout & everything you could possibly require in the kitchen. Outside the Pool is awesome,a fabulous size & clean as a whistle! We opted for pool heating for the baby & really enjoyed that luxury ourselves! Plenty of comfortable seating, shaded areas & sun umbrellas.We made use of the bbq most nights. We ate out twice at the Lighthouse Restaurant a few mins walk a from the Villa which Paul booked for us. Such a nice restaurant, fab food, service & beautiful view. Paul is very friendly, chatty & keen to help with anything you should require. Living across from the Villa he is on hand should you need him

Exceptional setting, quality home with hosts with onions (French expression😂! ) We are fortunate not to have shared the facilities because we were almost alone on the premises: Hammam, Jacuzzi, Massage , pool , Sauna 😍 The Villa is isolated from the rest of the city but ⚠️ be careful there are 2 or 3 additional lodges. In any case Mitchel and Selina are really great, respond quickly to the group's questions, adapt very quickly too and are smiling and full of nice little touches: breakfast several times, welcome beers etc ... Thanks again to them And I can't wait to come back in a few years to see the improvements that have been made to this little corner of heaven 🥰

The villa is amazing! Clean, spacious and well equipped. We met Isabel, Carla’s colleague, she was very helpful and lovely.

Casa Mu is a beautiful home with zen like qualities and an expansive view. We were staying at the house during the black out. Matthijs reached out to us while the cell towers were still live and came by to open the gates manually so we could get back to the house. Yannick stopped by later in the day to give us updates. The home has a Big Green egg and we had bought charcoal the day we arrived so we were able to cook dinner. Thankfully power was down for only a short time. Casa Mu has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. We bought oranges and limes from a roadside stand and made fresh juice using the electric juicer. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. I would suggest bringing bar soap for the shower. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to hang out both inside and outside the house. The pool is not heated, but I did go in. A bit bracing, but not too cold. For food shopping, go to Apolonia in Lagoa. Great store that has all you need

amazing villa. had such a great 5 days here. villa is stunning and hosts were excellent. swimming pool was a lovely temperature and villa was exactly as described. we would love to stay there again! only slight negative was it was very hot and although there was no air conditioning.(which we were aware of) the fans in the bedrooms could be a bit better!

My wife and I stayed in Casa Patricia for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Checking in was simple and indeed Patricia’s husband, Ricardo, arrived just as we were doing so to check everything was okay. He was very helpful and friendly, offering advice as to where we could eat that evening, and other ideas about the area. We had stayed in Carvoiero before so already knew a bit about the town, but Ricardo’s recommendations were very helpful and indeed on the first night we had a very enjoyable meal in one of his choices. The villa is spacious and was well appointed when we arrived. Plenty of towels for use outside and a lovely area to relax and sunbathe was available to us. Any minor issues were quickly and efficiently dealt with - there was an issue with the gate opening which Ricardo sorted very quickly - and we always felt that we could contact Patricia and Ricardo at any time. All in all a wonderful place and we hope to return soon.

We had a lovely week here at the end of April! There was plenty of space for our family of 9 adults. The villa is private and peaceful and the views from the living area and balcony are amazing! We appreciated the fluffy towels in the bathrooms and the extra towels for pool use. A couple of bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance and we often walked to Ferragudo along the cliff path and beach. The villa is well located to visit other areas of the Algarve by car. Francisco was very helpful, allowing us to be flexible with the checking in and out times and recommending nearby restaurants.

The most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. We travel as a family of 7 and use Airbnb regularly all over the world. This is the best presented, best location, so close to fun experiences, history, culture, beaches. We all loved it and wish we’d stayed longer. The house is beautiful, well thought out and stunningly decorated, with well curated art. It felt like home much more than the average Airbnb experience. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous beach just a little walk away. Town is very nice w beach bars etc. house has awesome views. Views when in pool are not good due to wall. Suggest to maybe put up acrylic wall? Host was super responsive. We loved our stay at this very large house!

We had a great stay in the Villa. It matched our expectations. Everything was clean and well maintained. Some of the decor was older but well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing by the outside seating areas and suntanning in the private outdoor area. Thank you kindly for having us. All the best!

Beautiful house 5 min drive to a beautiful beach. The pool is heated but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and normal fireplace more in November. We were able to eat outside at lunchtime. The environment is very quiet and the house is spacious and very well-equipped. Thanks again to Izabel and Taylor for their hosting, welcome gift and great availability.

Carolina, our concierge, was awesome and of great help. The house is very nice and spacious, the kitchen is greatly equipped. Enjoyed a lot our stay in this house. The nearby beach is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the caves. The only negative remark was the construction at the neighboring house. Overall a very positive and enjoyable experience.

What a fantastic property and location. We had high expectations from the photos and price, but they were met and more. Modern with all of the amenities: cooking essentials, beach gear / toys, towels, beers if you're lucky the previous guest didn't finish them! Wendy and Manel are very responsive (when asked - not interfering!) and I am so glad they have shared their home with us for a week. We've walked the coastal path on past visits and wondered what it would be like to live in one of the villas right next to it... Now we know and want to do it again!

The place was absolutely stunning, even better than in the pictures. It was perfect for our group of 11 people and had all the amenities. Our favourite part was the garden with the pool and the terrace/outdoor kitchen area. You can easily walk to town and shops and restaurants. John was also very responsive after we had a couple of issues. We would love to come back!

This beautiful house was a wonderful little gem overlooking the picturesque Silves. Getting there- Research your route and you will find the house just fine but if you’re hiring a car we would recommend something that can happily drive you “off road” The House- Beautifully presented just as seen in the photos. The view was breathtaking from the moment you walk through the doors. It had everything you needed, including space between rooms for privacy, individual bathrooms for each room, plenty of cooking/eating spaces and a nice size pool with a fantastic view. It is very private so you can really relax in to your holiday. Our host- Andreia and her team were great! She provided instructions and knowledge as we travelled to the house and was readily available at all times. We had a lovely friendly welcome from the whole team! We’d highly recommend ditching the package holiday, booking this air bnb and supporting the locals and the wonderful things they have to offer!

This was the best Airbnb we have stayed in for over 10yrs. From day 1 we felt at home and wanted to book to stay here again. It's location was perfect for us, as we have friends close by but it was also very peaceful without being remote from local facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, the garden and pool maintained weekly to keep it all in tip top condition. It was a very relaxing home and we can't wait to return.

Stunning villa - Cátia has done a fantastic job. Beautiful furnishings, it’s like a show home. Location is central for Algarve beaches, easy to get everywhere. We will definitely return when in this part of the world.

The house is more than as described . The location is ideal with a superb beach less than 2km away and in the heart of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve . When the house is impeccable, beautiful living space, there is nothing to complain about . The 4 bedrooms are spacious and luxurious. The outdoor space is just as beautiful and well kept. Communication is fluid and responsive . Definitely recommend.

Oh well, whenever you come across superlatives on Airbnb you'd get suspicious. This home and the warm-felt welcoming of Agi found no challenger during all our time booking by Airbnb. This was a heavenly calm, beautiful place. We'd not only love to come back but stay forever. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and taking the extra time to show us around.

Miriam & Filipe are fabulous. They made us feel very welcome and were always on hand with a super quick response on the odd occasion we needed something. The villa is outstanding clean and well kept. We had a great stay enjoyed time round the pool and at the local beach. Great choice of restaurants a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

We’ve just returned from a week at this amazing villa. It’s perfect for a family break and we’ve already looked at booking it again next year. Our little girl loved the poole and there were plenty of floating toys left by previous guests as well as the ones we left ourselves. If you’re going shopping for food the supermarket continenta about 15 mins away is great whilst the nearby aldi has little choice and empty shelves. There is an Italian pizzeria at the bottom of the road which is very nice but a little bit expensive. The chopping boards are in the draw near the sink, it took us a few days to find them. This was our first villa holiday and I won’t go back to a package holiday after this. The hosts were helpful and polite throughout. There is a mention of a nearby building site and noise but you can barely hear them.

With our family consisting of 6 adults and 1 toddler, we had a great time in this villa. Good air conditioning and shutters against the sun on all windows, so that especially the child could sleep well. Plenty of space in and around the house, fantastic swimming pool which is used a lot (every morning and evening) and well maintained ('' early in the morning) by a lifeguard. The temperature of the water was fine, and we also had very nice weather during our week. We could also close the pool with a sail so that the water stayed warm (er). Also the clean towels and cleaning of the house during our stay was a pleasant surprise for us. The kitchen utensils were very complete! Only a dishcloth would have been useful. In short: villa Azul was a top house for us! Thanks for this!!

Great semi-private villa about a 30-minute walk from old town Lagos. It’s within a gated resort/compound, which adds a nice sense of security and privacy. Occasionally, staff may be seen walking around, and there's a rule against playing music after 22:00 — but we didn’t mind, as the staff were always friendly and helpful. The on-site tennis, football, and volleyball courts were really fun. They are shared but we didn’t see anyone else ever use them
