Excellent cozy quiet place. Good residential family sector. Excellent host I recommend it super super Very satisfied with my stay.

Everything was excellent, they let me stay a little more than allowed and arrive earlier, there is immediately a somewhat noisy construction but once it is completed it will no longer have that inconvenience, suddenly put another utensils in the kitchen everything else is excellent.

10/10 This Place. The description was as advertised. The place is super clean and had all the amenities to have a good time. Communication with the owner was very fast and direct. The price was more than fair. I would definitely stay in that same place again if it is required in the future.

Good communication with the host. The access instructions were clear. Quite a lot of noise with loud music around until 11 pm, then it's very quiet. Pleasant, comfortable, clean and private accommodation. Space for vehicle or motorcycle outside the building.

Throughout our stay, Klaus and his wonderful wife Esperanza went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always offering help with a warm and genuine attitude. We not only had a fantastic stay but also built a beautiful relationship with them. I couldn’t recommend them more — thank you, Klaus and Esperanza, for everything!

Comfortable, spacious,clean apartment, organized as new as the images. A 5 minute walk you can enjoy the shopping center and 2 an Ara. Paola and her husband's attention was very nice, always willing to serve, 100% recommended.

I stayed in the apartment for 11 days and was amazed by how comfortable the place was. It’s a very cool and airy home with excellent lighting. It’s also centrally located — you can find shops, bakeries, and butcher shops nearby. It’s a place where you’ll feel very safe and right at home. The bathroom finishes are beautiful, the main bedroom is very spacious, and the air conditioning is essential. I’ll be back to this apartment always 🥰

The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, everything looks new and with a very modern style. Josef was very attentive to any request we had and was very flexible with the check out because it was raining at the time of departure. I would definitely come back!

Thank you Juan José for everything The apartment is very complete with everything one needs to rest: very well furnished, equipped kitchen, iron for clothes, towels, even racket in case there are mosquitoes. We really liked it because I was with older adults and it's a first floor, that makes everything a lot easier. We barely made the reservation, Juan wrote us and was very attentive to everything. I should also mention that the location facilitates the exit of the city to some tourist areas easily. All in all, we would go back to this Airbnb a thousand times.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Quiet and secured area. We had to make some last minute changes for the check in time (we arrived earlier than expected) and Ms.Angela helped us and had the apartment ready for us ❤️. We only had one issue (one of the fans provided suddenly stopped working ), but Ms. Angela solved it right away! . She was always very attentive and communicative. There is a small local restaurant/coffee shop nearby the building and a mini market for basic need products, fruits , etc. (around 5 minutes walking, maybe less). There is a few malls around also. I fully recommend the place.
