Probably one of the best places I've stayed at. Patrick makes you feel right at home from the moment you book the place. The cottage is right next to the lake and just a step away from Wiers beach, a great place to lay down and relax. Patrick even accomodated for local experiences, knowing I had travelled alone. Patrick and Gladys took me hiking and I even went out for drinks with Patrick. Honestly, if I could give the place 6 stars I would. Could not recommend it enough.

I Stayed for the month of May for work purposes. Excellent location quick access to 93 and Laconia/Tilton, restaurants, shops, Walmart all 5mins away. It’s beautiful with water just 15ft from the porch, Wake up and catch the sunrise over the mountains and onto the lake! You’ll be glad you did every morning. Interior of the cottage is well set up, well stocked (K cups and even a new thing of cream in the fridge). Trash pick up on site. Excellent fridge, and stove. Hosts are friendly and amicable, they respond quickly to any needs. I’ve stayed several places in the area this year and absolutely adored my stay here. Gives the middle of nowhere feeling while being right in the heart of everything. I highly recommend!

We loved staying in Robin and Rich’s place. We had everything we needed and felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. Our cabin was very clean and had a lovely rustic feel to it. The grounds were very green and peaceful. So wonderful to be able to walk down to the lake via private access track. Wolfeboro is a lovely town. Very friendly local community. Had delicious dinner at the Wolfetrap Grill and Rawbar. Thanks for the strong recommend, Robin. If you are planning to visit Wolfeboro, do not hesitate to book Robin and Rich’s place. Robin and Rich were super friendly and stocked their inn with great local recommendations. Gray Shingles Camp was lovingly renovated, meticulously decorated and a serene and beautiful long weekend escape - spotless and comfy, and secluded and quiet yet close to downtown cafes and area activities. Their historic Rec Hall is gorgeous and a wonderfully spacious place to relax. Also great place for gathering with family or friends on vacation. My favorite part was sitting on their private dock overlooking the pond at sunset and being lulled to sleep by the wonderful loon calls. I hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Patrick’s place. The weather was beautiful for early in the season, although the water was still too cold for swimming. We loved visiting Weirs Beach and checking out the local shops for ice cream and dinner. The Lake Winnipesaukee scenic cruise was a highlight and a great option if you don’t have a boat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it stayed nice and cool despite the heat outside. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill and relaxing by the beach. We lucked out and had the whole lakefront area to ourselves since no other guests were there. Patrick was friendly, introduced himself when we saw him, and was very responsive to questions. Check-in was seamless with the door code he provided. The queen bed was great, and the pullout couch was actually comfy. Only suggestion is to bring your own blanket, as we were a little cold at night. Overall, a peaceful and amazing stay.

A perfect place for two. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Fairly close to spectacular views. The only downside for us is that nice restaurants are a bit of a drive.

Cute and cozy place to stay. Loved being surrounded by nature. Its great that where you check in is a store as well which offers some essentials and some non essential items you may need/want. Definitely recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay! Hank and Heather are charming and helpful hosts. Their farm is a beautiful oasis away from the busy world. Time moves slower here. The cottage itself is very plain but comfortable and relatively inexpensive for the area. The fresh eggs and organic bacon provided in the fridge were a treat. Come for the experience.

Great, basic spot in the woods near a stream. Good proximity to "points north" and Pinkham/Crawford Notch hikes. Also, near a solid brewery and pubs.

We were in town for a wedding for the long weekend and this place was the perfect location to get back and forth. Beautiful views, had everything we needed. The instructions were clear and we had no problems with everything. Water pressure and water temps were great in particular! Enjoyed the separate TV in the bedroom.

We came to Wolfesboro for a sisters trip and had such an amazing time. The cabin is walking distance (if you don’t mind a trek) to town and right by the water. So beautiful to wake up under the trees. We got to see the northern lights one night and just sat under the stars and enjoyed being in the quiet. The cabin is quaint but very warm if you get cold at night. The natural light is amazing and we felt right at home. Michael was super responsive with recommendations and check in was easy! We’ll be back.

We had a lovely getaway. The chalet was perfectly located and super cozy!

Conway house was so beautiful. We definitely will be booking again the home felt so cozy and perfect. My family enjoyed it so much and town was only 20 minutes away we enjoyed every moment of this house. We loved using the fire pit.

This was our second time as a family staying. This place just just magical. The quiet, the view and memories made are forever in my heart. We love the location on the lake. We cannot wait to come back for round 3!!! It's just perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our cottage was very clean, comfortable, and was so cozy inside. The outside space was really nice too! It was a very short drive into the Wolfeboro town center, but also easily walkable. Melissa and staff were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here! We would definitely go back again :)

The cabin was just as described. Cozy but spacious with separate areas to hang out in. The location was very conveniently located near the points of interest in Conway and North Conway but in a quiet area away from the higher traffic areas. Loved the hike along Diana’s Bath waterfalls just down the street. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening.

Nice little cottage, property is a bit more crowded than we hoped (neighboring cottages within 10 feet) , but grounds keeper was wonderful, little town to the north was amazing, and the lake nearby was breathtaking. The property felt like home immediately, Isabel helped us find some local places, and the whole trip went on without a hitch.

My stay at this place was great. the location was very clean and well put together, the patio was very nice to have and the location was convenient to the beach and area.
