We loved the home, the location, the semi-private beach 5 minutes away. John and Anita were extremely responsive guests. They also recommended a boat tour with Michael, which was wonderful and cannot be missed. The only negative part was the welcome from the local manager Nurlyn; we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and she was clearly upset about it. She was in a big hurry to leave, so she did not explain anything about the house. There was not even a small bottle of water, so we had to go out to get it. She said the front door was always open and we could not lock the house, which left us very concerned. The good thing is that John and Anita called her the next morning, her attitude changed, and she sent someone to fix the door. Overall a wonderful experience!

Officially my new home away from home! Highly recommend this place for your vacation stay in Grenada. Very close to Grenville (5 minutes drive) where you can get all that you need. The house was perfect and comfortable. Next time I'm in Grenada with my family I will ensure our stay is longer at this lovely place! We always move with our 2 dogs and this was a gem of a place. Comfortable, 16 minutes away from all the things we wanted to do and Buffy was very helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to come back.

Our group of three (couple and senior parent) was very happy at Gum Tree house. Maggie was exceptionally hospitable, we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived at the property. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, pool is gorgeous, washer and dryer a welcome help, kitchen well equipped, lovely gardens to explore, sufficiently private bedrooms, views from every spot. The house was well suited to our daily routine of slow mornings, a midday adventure, back in time for a late afternoon swim and prepping dinner while watching the sunset. TV is set up but we chose to not connect to the outside world and were happier for it. Beaches and provisions are a short drive away, the walking path to Anse la Roche was not accessible during our stay. Do rent a 4x4, the property is securely tucked, alone, high into the hillside with access via uneven terrain. If you enjoy an unspoilt island but appreciate coming home to the finer comforts of a modern building, Gum Tree House is a perfect destination.

Our stay at Villa La Pagerie in Carriacou was nothing short of spectacular. This stunning villa is perfectly situated right above the water, offering breathtaking views and direct access to a nearly private beautiful beach {other than occasional local fishermen!} The setting is pure tranquility—waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying sunset cocktails with a plunge pool and an uninterrupted ocean view felt like a dream. The villa itself is spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Every detail has been carefully considered and the staff is incredible. EllieMae chef is THE BEST WE HAVE EVER MET. Abia w/ Comfort Touch Massage is also INCREDIBLE and comes to the house. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed for a seamless and unforgettable stay. 5 out of 5 recommend! If you’re looking for a slice of paradise in Carriacou, Villa La Pagerie is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Prospect House was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the wonderful hosts, Wendy and Dominic. The property offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, especially during sunset—an absolute treat for the eyes. Even without renting a vehicle, we had no trouble getting around, as Dominic graciously acted as our driver and tour guide. He ferried us to various destinations and was always there to pick us up after our adventures. Despite our insistence, he kindly refused any payment for his time and effort. If you ever have the chance to visit the charming island of Carriacou, don't miss out on the serene tranquility and stunning beauty that comes with staying at Prospect House. The views are unparalleled - even prettier than the pictures. This house is beautiful. The pool was sparkling clean and overlooks this gorgeous view. There are numerous outdoor lounging areas, from the large dining room outdoors to a cute little pagoda with a seating area. This place could easily fit a larger family and it was perfect for my small family. All the bedrooms have airconditioning, which was a huge plus as it gets very hot on the island and in the home. There are two bathrooms with great water pressure in both and enough linens to change the sheets every few days if you feel like it and enough towels for a small army. The home is very spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed with all the essentials you need to cook a full meal. The grounds are also lovely and my children had fun looking for caterpillars and searching out the iguanas. All in all, it was a wonderful home base and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. It is in the little high-end neighborhood of Craigston. There is a beach you can walk to, but it's not worth it as there are so many more beautiful beaches on the island. You'll definitely need a car staying at the house and the property manager can arrange that for you. With regards to the property manager, just make sure they quote you the price of the car before renting as it differed from what is noted in the welcome book. They can also go grocery shopping for you and I would recommend having the house stocked with essentials if you're arriving on a Sunday as most stores are closed. Tip - there's a coffee maker, but also a Nespresso (or some brand like a Nespresso - find out from Corine). If you want Nespresso, you have to bring the pods as they don't sell them anywhere on the island. Regarding the host, Corine is a very nice person. She lived on the island for several years and can recommend some really great spots to eat and hang out. She's very responsive and will check in to make sure everything at the house is to your suiting. To be completely transparent, there was a weird pricing issue when booking her place. When I booked the place through Airbnb, I received a 34% discount for a weekly stay and a lower nighly rate. I contacted Corine to make sure that my booking was correct and she said that it wasn't and asked for additional payment, doubling the amount I originally paid on AirBnB. I asked her for the weekly discount but she did not respond to my request. In the end, I ended up paying $350/night for her place without a weekly discount. I'm not sure what happened or what that was about. In addition, the place states that the on-site gym is included, however, when I told her that the property manager told us we could not use the gym, she said that she will not allow us to use the gym because I have two young children. It's a stand-alone locked gym so I'm not sure what my kids have to do with that, but anyway, make of that what you will. I would just say make sure you have access to the gym if that's important to you and the right price before booking. All in all, it was a lovely stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Bonnie’s place. The view was wonderful and the AC made the nights comfortable. Wish we could have used the W&D without paying a 3rd party to do it. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Secluded cocoa farm with gorgeous mature fruit trees everywhere. We went looking for a getaway far from the beaches and resorts for a night and they delivered. Farm house was gorgeous and like new. Lyndon and Sheldon were two of the nicest people we've met on the island. They even showed us how to farm and process cocoa!! One tip make sure you bring whatever food, snack and drinks and you will love this amazing property

Pictures dont do this place justice. Looks way better inside. A tad bit far for carnival festivities, but still a perfect spot. I would come again

Miss Susan and her husband are amazing hosts. They both possess excellent communication skills. Mr. Mikey, the caretake of the house is a very sweet, easy-going person. Always available whenever you call him. Overall, my stay at this residence was great. The house is very spacious and is located in the town itself making it very convenient for me and my family. Go ahead and book this home .you will loved it..

A Winderful Stay at Gillian's Place in Grenada Based on reviews, I chose Gillian’s place and was not disappointed—it was even better than expected! Thoughtful touches made it feel like home—mixed juice, eggs, and ripe bananas awaited, along with a well-stocked kitchen of spices. We were invited to pick fresh herbs from her garden, which added a delightful, personal touch. The countryside location was lush, serene, and immaculately maintained, reflecting Grenadians’ civic pride. The home was comfortable, with ample seating, cozy bedding, and plenty of towels. Though there was no air conditioning, the naturally cool atmosphere, enhanced by standing fans, made for restful sleep—I even needed covers! From the clean surroundings to the warm hospitality, this stay was a perfect retreat. I highly recommend Gillian’s place for anyone seeking comfort, peace, and an authentic Grenadian experience.

Beautiful surrounding, private parking, tons of amenities, and a host that makes you feel like family - what more could a solo travel girl ask for?! I've been back from my stay just a few hours - and I'm already checking my next available vacation days 😄

My wife and I came here for her birthday weekend. Little did we know this would be one of the best vacations of our life. The villa, beach, and surrounding areas were peaceful and fun. Its a place we hope our family can come back to in the future. If you need to stay somewhere in Grenada this is a GEM

Nathan's property on Edwards Street is a Go To when we have guests visiting Grenada. The home is very well appointed with top end appliances in the kitchen, A/C throughout the house, and the rooftop deck is "icing on the cake". Nathan is always responsive and makes it easy to stay there and feel at home.

Beautiful home on the most beautiful beach! Waking up and walking steps to the warm sea was perfect. The home is very well stocked with everything one needs to cook. I was looking for a place to stay and this Location was right at home. It was close to my family and friends, the local shops is literally walking distance if we needed anything, with the town a short bus ride away. Once we got there we were greeted by Kyles parents who were waiting our arrival. The apartment is as described open, spacious and clean. It is well lit, security cameras on premise so you have A full sense of security and all the amenities listed. We were hungry and were very grateful for the kind gesture of generosity, they provided us with food for dinner. Open the doors to that cool fresh air from the luxuriant foliage of trees, providing for great ambiance. The property is also filled with plants, delicious fruit bearing trees, and herbs. It is steps away from the Beausejour playing field if you ever feel the need to run or exercise. I was there to burry my father and his parents supported me by coming to the funeral. We were treated more like family, than as guest!

Our stay was great, away from the resorts and the crowds. We explored the north of the island, which is quite different front the area around St George. Kim and Liette work very hard on their farm to produce wonderful chocolate artisanally. They showed us how they produce it and gifted us some to taste. The house was cosy and simple. The beds are quite comfortable, the living area is outdoor, with a view on the ocean and the jungle. Perfect to slow down and leave work behind.
