Nemo House

The Casa Nemo is located in the very heart of Viana, just a few steps away from the main square and the river side. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, a bathroom en suite and a seating area. The living area on the ground floor features a sofa, a flat-screen cable TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. You can enjoy a little private garden. Restaurants, coffees and shopping are a few steps away. You walk to the next beach within 15 minutes or can take the ferry boat to the other side to „Cabedelo Beach“

Recently rehabilitated house, in Areosa, between the national road and the sea. The villa has, on the ground floor, a large living room, kitchen and bathroom service and, on the first floor, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 suite (with private bathroom) and 1 bathroom. The house has a lawn garden, and next to the house passes the public lane of pedestrians and cyclists that connects the center of the city to the beaches of Carreço and Afife. It is located 400m from the sea and a few minutes from the city center (Viana).
