Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

I had an incredible time staying here, spending time with Enrico and his friends and family. It was beautiful to share different ingredients while cooking, to eat together, play games and have conversations with a lot of great people. It didn't feel forced and just went natural. It was great to explore the local area by bike and there is always some very useful advice to help you. The building is stunning with so much love and detail put into it, you will discover something new every single day. For me it was a unique, authentic and heart-warming experience and I will come back! Thank you!

Villa Benatti is a beautiful location. Our ground floor apartment was superb, modern decor and very well laid out. Parking is a real plus. The air conditioning is ideal. The proximity to the central square of Carpi is also very appreciated. Great place to visit Parma, Modena and Bologna. Carpi really deserves a visit!

Two bright attic studios with a single entrance, suitable for up to 4 people. The property is located in front of the Doge's Palace, a wonderful location, super central and well served: in the square below there are several restaurants and bars/bakeries, without this affecting the noise perceived from the house. The two apartments are new, well-kept, very clean and there is everything you need in terms of accessories in the house. Simple entry by typing in the code/unlocking the door from the phone. If I had to go back to Modena, I would definitely come back here! Thanks Giada
