Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carolina Beach

This home has everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. The beautiful deck with Adirondack chairs is perfect for watching the waves and enjoying a cocktail. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials (like a peeler and bottle opener), which made it easy to cook meals for our family of five. The TV setup worked great for a cozy family movie night. We brought our own beach toys and chairs, but it would be a nice touch if the property offered some for guest use. The outdoor shower, easy parking and laundry downstairs completed the package! We only stayed one night but definitely would come back for longer. The beach here is gorgeous!

Not to overuse the word awesome, but awesome place, awesome location, awesome price. The beach was a very short drive straight down the main road. After a day in an active beach scene, particularly Thu-Sat, it was refreshing to come back to this beautiful home in this chill community. Everything was as described and as pictured. Thanks Tony!

Beautiful home right on the beach, the house had everything we needed and above all, my kids and I had a very relaxing vacation here. Kate was very helpful and gave us great local recommendations.

Darlene was a fantastic host! She communicated quickly when I had any questions. Her house was probably one of the best stocked AirBnBs that we've stayed at. The pool was so private, I knew we had neighbors, but could not see them. The house was perfect for our family! We loved Carolina Beach!

Absolutely loved this location. Perfect for our fur baby with the fenced in back yard. Walking distance to the boardwalk and Britt’s Donuts!! ♥️ Natalie was super responsive and truly a great host!!

The house is gorgeous, and ideally located. I was able to walk to restaurants, and down to the river. It was fabulous. I loved it.

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

My stay was perfect. Erika was a great host and is so nice! I booked last minute when I had a problem arise with other accommodations. Erika responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure I was able to get into the suite. The suite is cute, cozy, super clean and comfortable. It is loaded with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

We had such an amazing time at River Retreat! Felt very safe and comfortable right at home truly. It unfortunately was raining so bad one of the days but that didn’t stop us we still had a great time, make sure you enjoy that sunset on the balcony or catch the sunrise, it’s worth it! :)

This was the perfect spot for a short getaway! Judy and Mike let me know as soon as the place was ready for check in so I even got to spend a bit more time there. Grandma Barb greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a tour of the place which was so kind and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect- in walking distance to the beach, Publix and a couple of restaurants! The area is so peaceful and was silent at night which allowed for amazing rest. I’ve already messaged friends & family telling them to check this place out and I can’t wait to be back!

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Island Time is the perfect size for a quick couples getaway to the beach. Location wise, you are one block, a two minute walk, to public beach access. One mile south sits the hustle and bustle of the Carolina Beach boardwalk, restaurants, and nightlife. Plenty of paid parking, or a quick bike ride away. The only negatives: Yes the couch does need a replacement. There were no electric outlets easily accessible near the nightstands of the bed, perhaps some sort of USB charging hub on each nightstand would be nice. And the shared outdoor shower was not working when we tried to use it. Overall, I highly recommend this property and definitely see myself returning.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s condo in Carolina Beach. If we had any questions, they were addressed immediately and we were comforted by his attention to our needs. The serene view of the ocean will make your cares melt away and this was the perfect escape for our family to connect, relax, rest, and recharge. The beach access is a few steps out the door and down a short path. A bonus of this location is walkability (be mindful that there are no sidewalks, but cars and golf carts on the road are very accommodating and there are crossing lines.) Some of our favorites places to go - The Spot, the Ice Cream Shop and Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. The boardwalk is a short drive - 2-4 minutes. And Hurricane Alley’s was fantastic food, view, vibe. Thank you for making our first visit to Carolina Beach so special and memorable. We hope there will be many more!!

Me and my husband went for our first wedding anniversary. The condo is perfect size, super clean, and the view is AMAZING! It is so close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Garrett was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions. Would definitely stay again.

We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!

Wonderful week at Carolina Beach. Ryan’s condo was spotless and the amenities were exceptional. The location is perfect for sun bathing or a quick walk to shops, restaurants and the Boardwalk. The wrap around porch with multiple seating areas was perfect - you could always find a place in the shade or sun no matter what time of day. Sunrises just off the deck if you’re up early were serene and peaceful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Ryan even left a pretty substantial ‘starter kit’ of coffee. snacks and toiletries to make the stay even easier. We rented 4 separate places for a family gathering and everyone agreed that this condo had the best space inside and out. Even saying they would try to book this condo on their next trip back. We rented 2 umbrellas and surfboard for the week and they were delivered and set up on the beach daily for us. There are no beach chairs at the rental - so you are on your own for that service. Thank you Ryan - great rental experience!
