Christian and Christine are great and helpful hosts. The accommodation is very suitable for families with children. You definitely need a car to reach the many excursion options. We would definitely recommend the place for the south of France. Thank you!

Anais and Jonathan's accommodation was nice for a short weekend, close to the beach and shops. The pool is shared but we enjoyed it when we returned from the beach there was no one. Great, I recommend Jonathan, he was accommodating with our slightly delayed departure schedule. Thank you 😉

We felt very comfortable, Villa is superbly equipped, only 10 minutes' walk from the old town, Bruno responds very quickly to inquiries, we will gladly come back :)

Perfect apartment, more beautiful in real life than in the photos. There is everything you need for a long or short stay. The apartment is also very beautiful. The residence is secure and pleasant, quiet. Grégory was very available. I recommend it.

Ideal location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and seafront almost at the foot of the building. Simplified arrival and departure independently in the accommodation, at all points identical to the description and indications given by Frédéric, extremely responsive and friendly. Very good stay at Fred's! Very clean apartment with very nice and large terrace, great air conditioning for the summer, very comfortable mattress, very quiet neighborhood, clearly a 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it!

We had an EXCELLENT stay at Jacques and Christine's. ❤ Their warm and human welcome immediately put us at ease. A big thank you to them! The accommodation is clean and super functional. The garden is full of a thousand little corners to rest, play and bathe in peace. My teenage daughter and I especially enjoyed the hammocks on the terrace overlooking the lush vegetation 😊 In the heights of the city, the climb is well worth the calm that you find when you return "home".

My family and I had the most memorable & wonderful stay at Catherine's apartment which was topped off by the pristine pool! The apartment was perfectly equipped for two adults & two children plus Catherine & Bernard were the perfect hosts by ensuring privacy while being on hand if & when we needed them. We arrived on a Sunday with few shops open & they even armed us with food, wine & drinks for the kids! Their suggestions & enthusiasm for the local area of Montpellier & beyond were very much appreciated and I could not recommend a stay with them more. We will most definitely be back & will be dreaming of lying beside the pool, in its blissful charm, until we do. If you want to visit beautiful Montpellier & its beaches but prefer a little sanctuary away from the city then this is the place to stay!

Very good stay in a residence not far from the city center of Le Grau du Roi (5 min by car) or the beach of Espiguette. Quiet but out of season, to be seen during the high season with the view of the pool and the potential noise during the day Super U and a few stores within walking distance Stables nearby for horse lovers I recommend it and will definitely come back!

Céline and her husband were lovely people. Very responsive to needs! The peace of this place and the pool are really good for getting away. The bed was very comfortable, the house stayed cool while I had a week at 30 degrees ☀️ I'd be happy to go back 👍🏼

A favorite rental! Very well maintained and quiet residence; access to the pool is a real plus and we won't even mention the magnificent sea view from the terrace. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was also very pleasant. Jean Marc was very responsive and kind from start to finish! We would definitely recommend it and will be back!
