Holiday rentals with beach access in Carnon, Mauguio

Apartment with feet in the water, very spacious and impeccable. Lots of amenities that are very appreciable... the view is magnificent, the location is great especially with our bikes but the center of Palavas is very close on foot especially by cutting through the beach... Thanks also to Christophe for the little touches to eat and drink. In short, an excellent stay where the good weather was also with us!

Very nice welcome by Natalie a bubbly person, helpful and available... The apartment is very cozy and the location is ideal for walking or cycling, the beach is 500m away. You have small shops and restaurants at the foot of the building. We really enjoyed this place... We recommend it ❤️

The apartment is super nice, very lovingly furnished and very well equipped with everything you need. You feel right at home. The beach is only a minute away and you can walk to some restaurants within 20-25 minutes. The communication was very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Short stay of 3 nights in early June 2025 at Marie's with my 2-year-old son. Everything went well, the accommodation is extremely well equipped and very well located without being too close to tourist areas. It was perfect for us. Delighted with our little weekend at the sea, which only aimed to spend a few days somewhere other than our home and to go shellfish picking.

Myself, my partner and our child had a great stay in Gregory’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was really clean. It was well connected and in a great location. Gregory was a great and friendly host and gave lots of recommendations to make sure we made the most of trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is amazing!! The direct view of the sea from the living-dining room and from the magnificent balcony is indescribable!! The apartment is ideal for two adults and two children and nicely spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, everything clean and appealing. Many details make the stay very comfortable, like a dishwasher, washing machine, umbrella, shutters, etc. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back!! Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

Amazing view of the marina and the sea, walking distance from the beach (100 meters), the area is safe, family friendly, convenient parking at the back of the building... the hosts were very responsive and very friendly, I only have positive things to say about it! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
