We had a nice stay and we felt at home. It was easy to check in and we had no problems at all

Cris and Chemz were very helpful and awesome hosts. Every question and need for assistance that I had was addressed without me having to wait. They made our stay super convenient and easy. Plus the place was set up in a very modern way, my kids loved it!

Sir Kris was super friendly and accommodating he made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good value for money and great location. What I really love is it really has Everything you need... Kitchen utensils, even coffee, complete toiletries, towels and blankets. All those extra that means the host is so thoughtful to think of even the smallest things. You just need to bring clothes and food. A big plus also is the air-conditioned ground floor to make it a really comfortable stay.

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

The place has such a welcoming feel—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to unwind. I was looking for a cool spot to relax from the summer heat, rest, and recharge, and Ann’s place was perfect. Ann and Jackie were super responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. If I had the chance, I would’ve happily extended my stay. No doubt, I’ll be back again. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

overall the experience was great! everything was cleaned and organized. the owner was very helpful. he even helped us carry our luggages. wifi was strong but sometimes it is intermittent due to rhe repeater falling from the socket. a few minor observations though 1. the refrigerator is very small . can't even store a 6 gallon water. but if you're just staying for a night or 2, that shouldn't be a problem 2. also, the CR door scratches the floor making it very squeaky. other that those, the experience was excellent 👌

This was a really neat and clutter free place. The community is a newish community so obviously, you will probably see some new constructions going on in the area. We enjoyed walking to the lake, running around it and exercising. The only minor issue would be the ceiling height over bed. Be very careful as I hit my head a couple of times as I went to get into the bed. Even my wife hit her head and she is short. Even if you are aware of it...because the ceiling is 2 different heights...it can sneak up on you. Otherwise...this was a great place. They did not have a cover in the place....but after asking for one...they quickly handed me one which made the place more comfortable when sleeping. It was too cold with only a sheet and just right with the blanket. Thanks for a great stay.

maganda and malinis, you may request things na wala sa room dun sa caretaker. may FB page din sila so you dont really need to go out of the room para mag request ng kahit ano kasi pwede mo na imessage nalang sa FB

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Ashley was a good host communicated well I was supposed to I say 10 days but it was not the right place for me. she was kind enough to refund me some of my money. I stayed just few hours since I came late at night left early in the morning to a hotel nearby

Highly recommended, we enjoy the bathtub, clean restroom, clean naman ang bedsheets. Malapit sa lahat, groceries, restaurants, malapit sa sakayan. Napaka-responsive no Ma'am Bea. Malawak ang parking. Sure Babalik-balikan namin to ni wife!
