If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

The apartment is just as detailed in the description. Adriana is a lovely woman, she is in charge of making you feel at home. We were happy and looking forward to coming back.

I had a great experience staying at this home. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and just as it was shown in the photos. The decor was cozy, with details that made you feel right at home. Very comfortable beds, the fully equipped kitchen, and the perfect outdoor spaces for relaxing. The location was also ideal, close to everything you need but in a quiet area that allowed you to rest without interruptions. In addition, David was very attentive, always available to answer any questions or recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well kept stay.

Very spacious and organized house, it met the expectations. The perfect sector for rest and very close to restaurants. We only had an inconvenience with storing one of the carts as there was no key to open the garage.

Everything is excellent, the cleanliness is to highlight, the atmosphere is barely to rest, the view is beautiful, the attention of the hostess without any. Everything excellent, I highly recommend this property.

Clean apartment in a calm and safe neighborhood. Liza is a wonderful host. She is always willing to help with any questions. We forgot an important document and she called us after checkout letting us know. She even took time out of her day to meet us somewhere to return our belongings! A+ experience

Nostalgia to leave this nice, pleasant, comfortable and quiet place, because not only was the apartment a total 10, but Lily was also very attentive and helpful in everything that was needed; and the area, quiet and pleasant to walk with very friendly and cordial people. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located about 30 minutes from the airport, it is very comfortable, safe as it has electronic locks at the entrance of the tower and apartment, has excellent parking within the set, it is located in a quiet and safe area; in its surroundings 5 minutes by car you will find excellent commerce. It features excellent natural lighting on the day. Very organized, clean. Excellent host, very attentive.

Everything was great. Just one point of understanding, the location is in front of the night-life of the city. The noise is extreme, but if your into the party scene, it is a lot of fun. If you sleep in the bedroom furthest from the street, and close the door to the bedroom next to the street, the noise level drops to very basic levels and easy to ignore and sleep.

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

I just had a great all around time. Right in the middle of the best part of Poblado but still quiet inside the condo. Vey walkable to Lleras park, provenza, the best restaurants, clubs, action, fun! It had it all. A nice full leather sofa and large leather chair was nice and so rare to have such comfortable quality furniture at an airbnb to sit in to relax, chat, netflix, surf the net. A great pleasant surprise!
