We had to rent the house at the last minute and Andretti was very helpful in helping us get this house quickly! The service of the people who help in the house is excellent. The house is very spacious, the large and comfortable rooms. Good wifi connection. The kitchen and social spaces need maintenance because there are elements that are very old. Kitchenware needs to be renewed.

Very accomodating. The host was able to get us drivers and was very kind. Definitely recommend staying in one of his locations. Beautiful house.

I shared it with my family for Christmas. The house is spectacular, the areas are spacious, very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, getting to the condominium was very easy, the area is very quiet. John and Yulieth's attention was always the best, they gave us the necessary recommendations to have a peaceful and hassle-free stay. The lady who helped us with the cleaning and food issues is super recommended, she cooks delicious food. We definitely recommend the place, our stay was great.

A truly wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, but beyond all that, the exceptional attention we received from Sady, Zulma and Julie; always very helpful, attentive, kind and professional. The house is always very clean and the food is amazing. I recommend this property 100%. I suggest that visitors bring mosquito repellent as we had experience with it.

Andretti was always responsive even on the holiday when we had issues with the TV. He helped us get an excellent cook. He couldn't be more helpful. The house was as advertised and lovely. It was a wonderful setting for our family holiday gathering.

The house is spectacular, the people who help with the food are very friendly and cook delicious. The house even though it does not have air conditioning is open and is at the tip of a mountain so it makes it very cool.

Lilian's apartment exactly matches the description. It's spacious, check-in and check-out were flexible, and Carmen, who gave us the house, was always very friendly. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family or friends. A previous review had generated some doubt when booking, but upon arrival I found that everything I mentioned was sorted out and the house was in perfect condition. I highly recommend staying with Lilian.

Very cozy space, as shown in the photos, we had some novelty with a bathroom and a fan and the host in addition to the caretaker of the estate were very attentive. It was recommended for the caretaker to ventilate the room that has a kitchen in addition to unlocking drains in one bathroom shower and smell in a sink in another room. In conclusion, a very good stay and no negative news.

The place was very nice and quiet. Paola was very helpful and kind from the beginning. She was quick to respond to us. The house is large and very nice, it was very clean and they were punctual for delivery. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils and they even gave us a first aid kit in case of any eventuality. The pool is big and has good depth for adults and kids alike alike. The condo is very quiet and we enjoy the semi-Olympic pool, and you can jog with tranquility and enjoy the view and nature. Despite being high season, the place is very quiet and the people were very friendly. With my family we would return without hesitation, highly recommended !!!

An excellent place to spend a good rest in the Carmel de Apicalá, my only observation is that the accommodation does not have toilet paper and there are no shops nearby to buy it, otherwise everything was great
