Fernando's condominium suite was as described. We enjoyed our stay there for 2 nights and would return again. The view from the suite was outstanding.

Apel 7 has been one of my favorite towers in the DR, but being in this apartment has put it on my list of favorites. A 10 out of 10.

Comfortable and spacious. Great location , walking distance to the mall. Beach is across the street. Fried fish in the mall is fresh . Totally recommend would return .

Had an amazing time staying here this is my third time staying with Sonia at her place. Totally the best place in centrally located to everything right downtown. I would recommend her place to anyone who staying in the area. Felt right at home and very cozy. There was no issues during my stay and everything is working properly.. I want to thank Luis for his hospitality, he was always attentive to questions and responded quickly. In fact, without asking for help, he was already giving me instructions to facilitate my arrival and of course we loved the place. He welcomed us with a gift👌🏻. Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless, everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and we felt right at home from the start. The host was extremely communicative and always responded promptly during the booking process. She even left some thoughtful little treats for our youngest traveler, which we really appreciated. Both the pool and hot tub were clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back the next time we’re in Miami!

Very satisfied with Kevin's service, any questions we had, he answered quickly, the house was super comfortable, just as it looked in the photos, the privacy of the place was excellent, my children enjoyed the pool a lot, the truth is everything 10/10, I would rent again without a doubt.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as advertised: clean, beautifully decorated, and centrally located, with most destinations less than a 20-minute drive away. Saul, who managed the property, was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The pool was well-maintained, and the overall experience was great. We’d rent this place again during a future visit.

Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches and restaurants, but still felt like our own little hideaway. The hosts were responsive and made check-in a breeze. We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s place for a very special weekend—my wedding! The home was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for my family. Jody was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was also ideal—close to convenient stores, Mercato, and other great spots. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

What can we say about this gem?!? We feel so blessed that this place was available for us to stay in. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this has to be tops! Clean house, well thought out, wonderful hosts, great communication. Well, and the backyard are you kidding me!! Phenomenal! Cold plunge, pool, hot tub, sauna, activities. What are you all waiting for, no more scrolling and looking, book this place NOW, and you’ll thank me!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the views from the room are incredible. The pool and all the amenities were great, and my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend staying here and we will be back.
