Holiday rentals with beach access in Caribbean Estates, Greater Portmore

Amazing room. Staff were friendly and it’s very safe . Has security at the gate . Owner of unit was very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely a great place for a couple or someone traveling solo. Very clean and room was on the 10th floor . Very nice view . I highly recommend this place .

This is a well designed and compact 2 person apartment, with shower and toilet. The mini-kitchen is equipped with twin gas rings for cooking along with a microwave toaster and kettle. Setting is in private grounds of the adjoining household which provides dedicated driveway access with electric gates and a full perimeter wall. Overall a very safe and comfortable location with a little 'Garden of Eden' at the rear of the property with apples, plums and other fruits and herbs being grown!

This listing was very nice! Loved the area it was very quiet and secluded but not lonely. Loved the seating area in the front of the house, After you go through the front door. It was my favorite part of the house. I felt right at home and comfortable. Definitely will book again if I have the opportunity to!

This is my 4th stay and I have no complaints. The place is always comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Nice place , a little isolated if you dont have a car , strict security which is reassuring. Apartment is beautiful and clean , bathrooms are spotless and kitchen has everything you need . You can hear the waves at night. Recommend this place highly .

I like Natasha enery, her smile and her great communication skills. She always checking just to make sure you feel at home. If something is outta line she’s quick to respond after that one miss call. Second time staying with Rosie in 2 different units and both experiences were exceptional, it felt like home, Rosie was always available when I reached out as my flight was delayed so I had to make some adjustments she was flexible and understanding, called and checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable, super friendly like a family member, very jovial we were laughing as if we knew each other for years, property has 24/7 security, ocean view and pool, very clean lobby and elevators and quiet. Will be staying again.

This home was more than beautiful. The pictures really don’t do justice! In person the place is so much nicer. You definitely feel right at home and feel very comfortable. All of the rooms were very clean, and comfy beds. The place smelled nice the minute you walked in. She has the place stocked with cleaning supplies as well, so we literally didn’t have to go and get anything. Washer and dryer worked great, the tvs played how they should, she has everything you need in the kitchen plus some. The neighborhood was very nice as well, I didn’t see the neighbors too often but when I did they were friendly. The play ground down the road was convenient too! She’s very close to a lot of eating places, as well as price mart! Which I loved that store because it reminds me of sams club. You will not go wrong with booking this place at all. If she has this available in July I will for sure be booking again.

Azalmar and spouse were the perfect host, I felt right at home from the very first conversation, they checked in with me to ensure that everything was going as planned and also if I was having any issue at the home . I definitely felt at home, you could see that they put a lot of thought into how they wanted their guests to feel. Literally it’s a home away from home. Safe neighborhood, close to hellshire beach. I am recommending this hidden gem to anyone. I would stay here a million times over. Thanks again Alzamar and Alleshia for being the perfect hosts, you both did an awesome job.

He went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing great hospitality and thoughtful touches that made all the difference. His home is just a stone’s throw away from Hellshire Beach in Portmore, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and the best seafood I have ever tasted. The space was spotless, well-prepared, and exactly as described. If you’re looking for a host who truly cares about his guests, Renaldo is the one! I’d absolutely stay again—highly recommend!! Honestly, it’s a great place. I would suggest getting a rental car. It’s not too far from fast food, but because it’s an area that they’re newly building and there’s nothing in walking distance. Hellshire beach is like 25 mins away. And the area is so quite peaceful and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

"Great stay and an even better host!" We had a really comfortable stay at Owen’s place. There was a small mishap at the beginning, but Owen handled it quickly and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed, which was really appreciated. The space was just as described, and his hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend staying here!

This is my second stay at Kimberly's apartment for a quick getaway. Again, the space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, truly feeling like a home away from home. Kimberly's communication was exceptional - she was prompt and efficient whenever I reached out to her. I intend to return and have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

Denise's air b n b looked exactly liked the pictures. Felt very safe there as it's a gated community. The view from the room was spectacular. Denise is warm and loving. I felt like I was staying at a family friends home. I had a small query and messaged Denise and someone arrived at my door within 30 mins. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a home away from home in Jamaica, and this will definitely be my go to place to stay when I am back on the island.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. Check-in was incredibly smooth—the host provided clear instructions ahead of time, and I was able to access the property without any issues, even though I arrived late in the evening. One of the highlights of the stay was how responsive and attentive the host was. I had a minor issue with the toilet, and they responded within minutes and had it resolved the following day. It really made me feel well taken care of. The location was also super convenient. There were several great restaurants and a large supermarket within a 5–7 minute drive, which made it easy to grab meals and essentials. Plus, being just a few minutes from the highway made getting around the city and to nearby attractions a breeze. Overall, the place was comfortable, well-located, and supported by excellent hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I had the best time here! The ambiance of the room was cozy and romantic, and the view from the top floor was absolutely stunning — pictures don’t do it justice. We loved having both the beach and pool so close by, it made everything super convenient and relaxing. This spot is a hidden gem — would definitely stay again!
