Great villa. AC worked great. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. A peaceful and beautiful environment, while Florence and Fiesole are a short bus ride away. Also easy to walk into town and the Europe Institute is close by. The apartment is part of a big villa, with a beautiful garden. The apartment did not have many amenities, but the basics were there (an umbrella would have been nice though at this time of the year). Any issues we faced were quickly resolved. Stefania was flexible with the check in time and extra guests for one night, which is greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect Tuscany stay for me and my family. It was peaceful, private, easy to get to by car, and perfect for day trips to Florence and Siena. Everything worked, and the house was super clean. Our hosts, Stefano & Giancfranca, were always responsive and full of excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do around the area. We will come back for sure - and hopefully stay for longer next time!

Very good accommodation, located at the top of a hill offering a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside. Very nice room with mosquito nets on all windows, perfect for summer nights. The welcome was very warm, Michele's brother came to pick us up by car at the station and showed us the surroundings. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to the train station, from where trains depart regularly, 1 to 2 per hour on weekdays except Sundays, when they are less frequent. Thank you so much for hosting us, it's been a pleasure.

Guya knows how to make you feel at home. Their place is quiet and beautiful. I would recommend this place to stay 100/100 times! Don't be afraid of the roads. They are narrow, just go slow and be patient for traffic. It cam be walked to the bus station, however having a car is best. There is parking garages in town near everything you could want to do. Guya made her home very peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would recommend for anyone wanting a beautiful comfortable relaxing get away.

If you are looking for a nice and clean house close to Florence, but still on the countryside with a great view, then this location is the perfect fit for you. We really enjoyed the time at Giacomos house. We missed nothing and he was always available when we had a question.

Michele and Ilaria welcomed us in person to their wonderful home and even stocked the kitchen for us. They provided great recommendations, even booking dinner for us at a small local restaurant and checked in periodically during our stay to see how things were going, adjust the temperature and show us around the beautiful property. The location is convenient for wine tasting and exploring but also serene and separate from busy towns or roads. If you want to experience Tuscany from a well kept historical farmhouse this is the way to do it!

Livia house is beautiful and typical house of Chianti so relaxing, a little bit difficult to find due phone service but get it and the sunset with a glass of Chianti or Limoncello Spritz is amazing. One of best restaurant Sotto L’Arco is very close with very nice people. Livia explain everything when we arrived Thank you so much we will be back

Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing place to bring the family and celebrate our anniversary. So many gorgeous group spaces indoors and out. Our host accommodated us with early arrival, a crib and plenty of linens for two small children. The garden is gorgeous and the yard is friendly and safe for a two-year-old. Our family ate our way through the neighborhood. Such great restaurants all around. Started the day at the convent for coffee and would say the Cucina was one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. All in all it was the perfect place to make some very beautiful memories.

Well we have booked this many many months in advance for my sister and my father birthday - family retreat. There were always many thoughts if we had chosen the right place. The drive from Florence is a mission due to the lanes, but once you reach the place, O My god. The doors open you are welcomed to the place which is like dreams. The 6 bedrooms are all spacious, and all have bathrooms which are clean. The kitchen is big and dining area is also big. We had a small drinks organised in the lawn which they had, and with the beautiful back drop, it was insane. Overall - we could not have chosen a better place with better people who were helpful and friendly. Thank you log

Our family vacation to Villa Berni in Bottai was phenomenal, and it all started with the accommodations. Alessandro's brother, Enrico, met us as planned and gave us a tour of the villa. As requested, they provided 2 cribs for our grandbabies. With 6 bdrms and 5 bath, each couple had their own space, and the babies had their own rooms too. It was conveniently located taking 20 minutes to the Florence city center and other local towns provided everything we needed. Our favorite part of the villa was the garden courtyard. We had morning coffees and evening cigars/drinks. A bonus was the tortoises which the babies loved finding each morning to feed them strawberries. Part of the family farm, Enrico gave us a tour of the olive grove and farm animals. He even staged eggs for the grands to collect. Our last night, we arranged pro chefs to prep an authentic Tuscany dinner. This kitchen met their needs, and we ate in the courtyard. We couldn't ask for more...Thanks for hosting us!

We had a really nice week together. The house is large, clean, everything has been thought of and close to the city. The pool was lovely and also kept well clean. It's a bit of the house, so it's nice that you bring drinks with you. It is great that there is a refrigerator, toilet and shower by the pool. There are plenty of beds by the pool and there are also umbrellas. Communication with the owner was also great. A quick and clear response every time

The house is as you see it in the pics, amazing. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are fully renovated. There is everything you need in the kitchen Including kitchen towels, cups, wine glasses and plates. The house has a dishwasher, a washing machine and there is a grill for a barbecue. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions. I could definitely recommend this villa to anybody that is looking for a quiet stay and still be close to very touristy Florence.

just wanted to share how much I loved my time at this beautiful place. We were a family of 11 adults, and the house was perfect for a big group like ours. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and everything you’d hope for in Tuscany. The swimming pool was one of our favorite spots, offering an amazing panoramic view of the nearby town—just breathtaking. Our host, Tatiana , was extremely kind and welcoming. One morning, we were surprised with a delicious selection of Italian pastries for breakfast—a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our stay even more special. It’s also a great place for children, with plenty of outdoor space and a safe, relaxing environment. I would absolutely recommend this stay to families or large groups looking for a memorable Tuscan escape. I’d definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Italy! The property was even more stunning in person—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. What really made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit, always available if we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Fabrizia's house such a lovely place in the most stunning setting. Situated in the hills just outside Florence the views from the terraces are breathtaking, gorgeous hillsides with Florence and the Duomo in the distance. A family of 4 we stayed for two weeks - the first week was very hot and we spent most of the time around the pool which is fantastic, large and beautifully clean with lovely gardens. The second week we spent more time in Florence, as we travelled without a car we went into Florence by bus, 9 mins downhill to bus stop, buses run every 20mins, get off at Ponte Rosso and 20 mins walk to the very centre/Duomo, you can also get a small shuttle bus but we preferred to walk through the little back streets to the centre. We would then usually get a taxi back approx E25 We shopped at the supermarket Esselunga which was a short bus ride and then asked at customer services for a taxi to take us back E20 Cecillia was so helpful Would love to stay again

Both Susi and our local host Giada could not have been more helpful. We arrived to find that Giada had suppled super food and wine, enough for a day. The wine was from the family vineyard. The villa is lovely, beautifully modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a well equipped kitchen, with all the things you need. The children had constant fun in the pool; it was a big asset on the hot Tuscan days and we sat out in the evenings enjoying the cool and the fabulous views of the Tuscan countryside. Giada was on hand for any needs we had, especially recommending good places to eat nearby. We couldn’t recommend this place any more highly.

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Florence. A little expensive to get into the city though. The apartment was very beautiful and as described. Some areas were more clean than others (specifically the bed headboards were a little dirty but probably just because it’s antique furniture). Overall a great place to stay though and Stefano is very easy to work with

what a magical experience it was to share share this home with our family. the view was breathtaking. The sunsets were magnificent. We absolutely love the artwork and architecture was amazing. We loved everything. I am so grateful to the host for allowing us to be a part of the story. Last evening, they catered private dinner for our family, and it was top-notch. The love and care that was taken to provide the meal for us did not go unnoticed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience in Italy.

We spent a short break at the villa with our family. The house is very spacious and full of character and is perfect for a family gathering or a group of friends. Our host was friendly and very helpful. We unfortunately, due to the weather, didn’t get an opportunity to use the swimming pool but we have no doubt it would be perfect in warmer weather. The house is also very conveniently located for visiting Florence. We drove to a neighbouring train station in Montelupo and got the train from there that run very frequently. It saves the hassle of parking in Florence! All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Absolutely magical! Our stay at Casanova was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, our host Giovanni went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. He met us personally at the bottom of the hill (the villa is tucked away and could be hard to find without his help), and from there, everything was pure magic. When we reached the villa, a delicious homemade meal was waiting for us, along with a fridge thoughtfully stocked with fresh groceries—an incredibly generous and comforting touch after a long journey. The villa itself is a peaceful sanctuary, surrounded by olive trees, with stunning views and total privacy. We felt like we had our own slice of Tuscany all to ourselves. The grounds are expansive and tranquil, yet the location is ideal—just a short drive to Florence, world-class wineries, and the most charming little villages. We left Casanova feeling completely restored, grateful, and already planning our return. Thank you, Giovanni!

Great great great booking. I highly recommend. We had an amazing time, the location is perfect, the house is beautiful. When we lost our frisbee at the neighbors place the owner bought us a new one. Lovely stay. A lot of trash handling instructions that could probably be skipped during checkin but all in all just perfect.

An incredibly beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous garden - much nicer than in the photos! The host is very friendly, set up and helpful. The highlight is the pool and the view - pure relaxation! Shopping facilities are a short walk away by car. We'll be back for sure.
