Holiday rentals with a patio in Caravaca de la Cruz

A very cozy, clean and updated apartment in the city of Murcia- conveniently close to the cathedral and the Mercado de Verónicas. The hosts are friendly and responsive, which is always appreciated. The beds are very comfortable and despite being in the city, the place was quiet and good for sleeping (newer windows and room darkening curtains). The kitchenettes were well stocked and had all we needed.

Agustín fue muy amable en todo momento. La casa está genial, todo nuevo y muy bien decorada. Las camas súper cómodas y todo muy limpio. Sin duda 100% recomendable. Además está en el centro de la cuidad donde tienes acceso a todo.

Anfitriones muy amables y atentos, un 10. Un piso enorme muy espacioso y precioso me ha encantado y lo mejor la terraza. Recomendable 100 x 100. Ha sido un placer, repetiré!!

bonjour. 😁 je suis très heureuse de mon séjour. il me reste encore un mois ici et je suis très heureuse. hote très gentille toujours la si besoin, à tout mis à disposition, disponible à n'importe quelle heure. s'inquiète sincèrement du bien-être des voyageurs. j'ai loué beaucoup d'appartements en Espagne et celui-ci est le meilleur il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait, une piscine tous les équipements, lit très confortable. je retournerai ici sans hésiter. merci beaucoup 😁👍👍👍 je recommande à 100 %

Apartamento con mucho encanto, con muchos detalles para hacerlo acogedor, sientes que lo han preparado con cariño para disfrutar de la estancia. Agnes nos indico perfectamente como llegar y nos dio muchas recomendaciones de la zona. Totalmente recomendable

Súper recomendable, Juan estuvo pendiente por si hacía falta cualquier cosa. Además, estaba todo súper limpio y ordenado. Y cualquier cosa que nos hacía falta en la casa había (jabones, gel de ducha, mantas, almohadas). Repetiremos seguro.

Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

Die kleine Doppelhaushälfte ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf Zitronenbäume. Die Unterkunft war großzügig für zwei Personen und komplett ausgestattet. Alles war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit sowie den Insektenschutz an den Fenstern . Über die Parkmöglichkeit unseres Autos neben dem Haus haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut. Ismael war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen guten Restaurant-Tipp gegeben. Das Restaurant konnte man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Restaurant liegt jedoch nicht direkt in der Innenstadtnähe von Murcia, genauso wie die Unterkunft, aber mit dem Auto ist Murcia schnell und sicher erreichbar. Wir haben hier ein paar entspannte Tage verbracht, weil das eingeschossige Haus nicht hellhörig ist und man nur einen Nachbarn hat. Wir mussten uns schon einen Wecker stellen, um etwas vom Tag zu haben.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing weekend we had at Nuria’s place. From the minute we arrived she was attentive and helpful with all our requests and needs. The house itself is beautiful. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all, enough amenities for a family of 20+ and a choice of 3 different eating areas big enough for us all. The photos of the grounds don’t do it justice. The areas with the pool and football pitch are not only perfect for family’s and young children but also enclosed so we felt safe with the children for the whole trip. Would highly recommend this villa a family holiday, it had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next trip to Mula to call this villa our home from home.

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Sergio and his family were amazing hosts. We felt right at home. The house illustrates how authenticity meets luxury. The house was spotless, bedrooms and bathrooms felt like luxury hotels. Aside from the house, the surrounding nature is a peace from heaven, and perfect for stargazing at night. The house had all the amenities we needed, and again, host was absolutely lovely. Muy amable. Highly recommended and we will be visiting again.

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Thank you for offering such a great place Ruairi and letting me stay here!

Thank you Chloe for our stay in your lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. The home is tastefully furnished and feels cared for. There is everything needed for your stay and the quality of all items is very good. The bed is very comfortable with good quality mattress, pillows and bedding. The rest of the beds are the same standard although we did not use them. The indoor and outdoor furniture is also of good quality and well cared for. The outdoor terraces are private and have lovely touches. The large terrace is a lovely area to enjoy time together and al fresco meals and is a calm and restful space. The large garden and pool are only a few metres away and add to this great home. Chloe told us all we needed to know before our arrival and access to the complex and the home was straightforward and without any issues. The complex is safe and very well maintained and family friendly and has everything needed for a great stay. We would recommend Chloe’s lovely home without hesitation.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.
