been to miguels in aledo 5 or 6 times, always clean and such a peacefull place, defo somewhere to escape busy towns. i will 100% be back very soon to stay, and miguel is defo a superhost 👌

We had fantastic time in the house. Esteban welcomed us and showed us around the house. We were offered sweet grapes from Totana. Combination of a swimming pool and hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The place was quiet. The mountains are just around the corner.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Beautiful and well equipped villa. It was especially nice that each family in our group had their own living quarters as the bedrooms were well spaced out. The pool is very big and the outdoor kitchen was a great touch for having a bbq. There are many different seating areas to pick from, the grounds were stunning and well kept. The host who met us at the villa was very responsive and answered any queries we had. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you.

We stayed at Antonio’s for one month and really enjoyed the Airbnb. Here’s why: Antonio is an amazing host—he met us at the train station and walked with us back to the house. He always responds quickly, and during our stay, when the kettle broke, he replaced it immediately and even brought us extra pots and pans. El Carmen is a great neighborhood. It’s just a short walk across the bridge to the town center. There’s a Mercadona and a few excellent bakeries nearby, and traditional markets aren’t far either. The train station is also only 10 minutes away. The house is very well stocked and has everything you need for a long stay. It also felt very homey to us, with plenty of natural light in the living and dining areas. One thing I wasn’t aware of is that the monthly Airbnb fee doesn’t include utilities. However, it wasn’t an issue—based on our usage, we paid less than 100 euros for water and electricity, and 18 euros for propane. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recomend it.

Patricia fue muy amable, nos recomendó rutas y restaurantes por la zona. La casa es preciosa y muy acogedora con la chimenea, la cual también se pude utilizar de horno. Muy contentos con la experiencia. ☺️

Words cannot express how wonderful this particular booking was. Our trip had challenges of its own, but that aside, John's place is AMAZING. It is exactly as described, and then better. It is literally a slice of heaven in rural Spain. It is home-from-home with modern fixtures and fittings and everything and anything that you could possibly need from a home, and then more. Since placing the booking with Airbnb, John has been on hand to answer all my irritating and incessant questions....closer to the time of our trip, the information was free-flowing and easy to follow and everything was exactly as described. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful. If you want peace and quiet and countryside walks this is the place to come. I honestly didn't want to come home. In fact, I didn't want to leave a nice review, because I don't really want anyone else to go - I want it to be available for just me! The house and host get 10/10 What else can I say? Thank you John, for everything!

Ha sido una estancia increíble. Tanto la casa como el entorno han sido estupendos. La casa estaba con la limpieza adecuada al llegar y tenía lo que aparecía en descripción. El anfitrión nos ha dado directrices de sitios que visitar y han sido un acierto. Si tuviera que destacar algo negativo sería la temperatura al llegar a la casa. Visitamos el sitio en enero y la primer noche la casa estaba sin caldear. El segundo día ha sido todo de maravilla.

Fue todo fantástico. Exactamente lo que esperábamos. María fue amabilísima y muy atenta. Ya le dije que repetiremos sin duda porque nos hemos sentido como en casa. Había de todo y la casa estaba muy bien surtida, con ropa de cama, toallas, cubiertos, sartenes... No nos ha hecho falta de nada. Estaba todo genial y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto allí.

Loved it ! Was after some peace and tranquility and simple living for a few days and this is exactly what we got . Myself and my husband felt so at home straight away . Corinne and Graham are lovely, kind people and allowed us privacy even though their bungalow was just at the bottom of our garden . The small cottage apartment is all you require for a simple break away and we spent the whole holiday in flip flops and swim wear , in and out of the wonderful pool , sun bathing , barbecuing , reading , eating and drinking … The bed is very comfy , air con is good and the shower is excellent . Thanks for a wonderful stay . We will definitely be back x

El apartamento es tal cual se describe y se muestra en las fotos. Limpio, excepto terraza. Bien surtido de menaje, excepto papel higiénico que ni un rollo había pero hay un supermercado cerca para todo lo necesario. Si se agradecería que la ubicación en el mapa de la app fuera más detallado pq no está nada cerca de la zona marcada. Luego las indicaciones me parecieron poco claras, te facilitan la dirección de la urbanización pero luego dentro que hay calles y dos sectores con el mismo número de apartamento. Se agradecería que se pusiera la calle exacta, las indicaciones de girar en rotondas que recibí son complicadas de seguir cuando eres la única persona que conduce y puede mirar el mensaje del móvil donde te indican los giros que hay que hacer. Por lo demás, una zona muy tranquila y agradable en mi caso que iba con un niño.

Jenny is an awesome host and it is a great villa. 20-30 minutes from Murcia. A great villa for 2-3 families.

I highly recommend anyone to stay at this property. Not only is the house incredible, and surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery, but you are greeted with two extremely kind, knowledgeable hosts who give you the time of day to inform of you on anything you need to know. This was THE best property we have ever stayed at and we would be happy to return at any time knowing we would have an amazing stay.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El sitio es muy tranquilo, cómodo para moverse. Tienes la playa a 10 minutos andando. El alojamiento estaba tal cual la descripción, muy limpio y todo muy nuevo. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia y más. El trato con ellos fue muy fácil, siempre atentos y respondiendo muy rápido. La terraza es enorme y es un plus. Hicimos gran parte de la vida en ella. Muy recomendable.

We had a fabulous time staying at Antonio's apartment - it was clean and had everything that we needed. The pool area was beautiful - nice seating under an Olive tree and a really lovely pool where we spent a lot of time. Antonio and his wife were really nice, although we felt we were in a private villa. it's a close 200m walk to a gorgeous beach and clear waters! Would 100% recommend and we will be back in the future!

Huset var stort og flott, og uteområdene var helt fantastiske. Utsikt rett ned på stranden og med flere sittegrupper og ly for solen. Sol fra soloppgang til godt utpå kvelden. Stort og flott basseng. Kjekt for både for små og store. Kjempevarmt i juli, men med god aircondition på soverom og fellesarealer. Det som var bedre enn huset var verten. Paloma var behjelpelig både i forkant og under oppholdet. Hun ga oss den informasjonen vi trengte og forsikret seg om at vi hadde et fint opphold. Det eneste som trekker litt ned er at Isla Plana er litt langt unna de fleste ting. Det gikk fint for oss å spasere til butikken 1km unna, men anbefaler å ha bil. Dette var en vurdering som vi burde valg annerledes på, ikke vertens feil. Anbefales varmt!

La casa es una maravilla, hemos ido un grupo de amigos con los niños, y hemos estado como en casa. Muy tranquila e independiente con unas vistas inmejorables de Cehegin, y una piscina estupenda para refrescarse y a la sombra de los pinos. Las habitaciones tenían ventilador y por la noche se estaba genial. Muy recomendable para un plan tranquilo con amigos y familia.
