Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

We hebben met in totaal 4 stellen (2 kids) de twee grote appartementen van Arthur gehuurd. We hebben een top week gehad! De appartementen zijn heel ruim en doordat ieder stel een eigen badkamer heeft was er veel privacy! Ook genoeg ruimte in beide appartementen om met iedereen te kunnen tafelen/bij elkaar zitten. Op loopafstand van de piste (sleeplift Nives). Er is bergruimte met verwarmde elementen voor skischoenen in de garage, maar wij kozen ervoor onze spullen in het depot naast de skilift te bewaren. Op loopafstand van het dorp, de supermarkt, restaurants etc. Eén van de badkamers is recent gerenoveerd, op de foto’s is nog een oude badkamer met bad te zien maar dit is nu een hele mooie nieuwe badkamer. Arthur is een zeer vriendelijke host, hij reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een topweek gehad en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt!

Wir waren zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und natürlich auch zum Erkunden der Stadt da. Es war mega! Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend dazu und man kann das schöne große Haus und den Garten genießen! Wir hatten 2 kleine Chihuahuas dabei und das hat hervorragend funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bar sowie eine sehr gute Pizzeria gibt es zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten sollte man das Auto nehmen und in die Stadt fahren. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es. Auch konnten wir einige Seen und Attraktionen toll erreichen. Es hat sich gelohnt! Wir waren viel unterwegs, haben aber auch die Großzügigkeit des Hauses und Gastgebers sehr genossen und geschätzt. Danke

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei euch und werden gern nochmal wieder kommen! Die Anlage mit Pool, den Liegen im Garten und der Sauna auf dem Dach mit dem Salzwasser-Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Viele Ausflugsziele waren mit Bus und/oder Zug toll zu erreichen, danke für das Südtirol-Ticket! Auch die Äpfel jeden Tag zum Mitnehmen waren toll.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Brez, op het balkon kan je lekker zitten met uitzicht op het dorp en de bergen. Het appartement was schoon en de keuken had alles wat je nodig hebt in een keuken. De omgeving is rustig, maar als je met de auto bent zijn er genoeg mooie plekken in de omgeving. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Wir waren zu viert als Familie mit Hund in Federicas Wohnung und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super und hat unsere Ankunft zeitlich für uns flexibel gemacht. Unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Im Sommer ist die große Terrasse ein Traum, genauso wie die klimatisierten Räume. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Wunderbar waren auch die Leckereien im Kühlschrank als Willkommensgeschenk. Für unseren Hund waren die Weinberge ums Haus ideal. Den Weg ins Zentrum haben wir aufgrund der Wärme mit dem Auto gemacht. Es gab super Tipps, wie man gut und günstig direkt im Zentrum parken kann. Ebenso Restaurantvorschläge, obwohl es natürlich bei der Vielzahl an Angeboten für jeden etwas passendes gibt. Rundum eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche mit Stadt, Seebesuchen, Radtouren und vielem mehr bei Federica und ihrer Familie.

Sergio's place is a haven in a beautiful setting. In early June the refuge opposite wasn't open yet, so it was a very quiet little hamlet with deer wandering through the meadows. The house is as it appears - we were lucky that we only overlapped with the guests next door for a couple of days as all the outside space is really shared. Also the house itself was freezing, and perhaps should have been opened and aired before we arrived. But it was very clean, Sergio was very helpful and it's a lovely place to stay.

The flat is spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. It is located in a charming village at the foot of a medieval castle. A grocery shop is 5 minutes away on foot and a supermarket 10 minutes driving. If you have your own wheels it is a convenient location to explore the magnificent mountains around, Garda Lake etc. We didn't meet Giorgio but every thing went smoothly. I strongly recommend.

Een zeer mooie chalet , privé locatie laatste huis aan het pad. Heerlijke tuin fijne slaapkamers. Het was 30 graden maar overdag alle luiken dicht en blijft lekker koel. T.v kregen wij geen geluid op dus via iPad Netflix was geen probleem. Sommige attributen zijn aan vervanging toe zoals pannen waar anti aanbak laag versleten is dat is ongezond en die hebben we dan ook niet gebruikt. Wat kapotte kussens bij eettafel misschien bij gelegenheid ff vervangen🤔😉maar buiten dat …..geweldig verblijf gewoon doen en genieten . Oja beneden in het dorp een geweldige bakker waar je heeeeeerlijk gebak kunt eten 😋 kortom supperrrrrrr gehad

The house is perhaps 200 yards from the nearest other dwelling, up on the side of a hill, quite a way up, with beautiful views of the dolomites and down the valley. The house was well equipped and had a wonderful big wood stove for heat. There were hiking trails right out the front door as well as within relatively short drives away into the beautiful dolomites. Hiking here was a major draw for us. This is a peaceful, beautiful house that is not in the middle of amusements and restaurants although restaurants and two small grocery stores are just a short distance away. The host Manfred was very understanding and responsive. We absolutely did not want to leave.

Pobyt u Eileeny był świetny. Choć przyjechaliśmy w czasie gdy pogoda i temperatura na zewnątrz wynosiła poniżej 10st w mieszkaniu było zimno (koniec maja) to udało się w nim nagrzać, choć szkoda że nie przywitało nas ciepło w mieszkaniu jak dotarliśmy na miejsce. W mieszkaniu wszystko dostępne jak w domu. Okolica cicha i wyjątkowo widokowa. Zamykany taras co pozwoliło swobodnie spędzić czas psu podczas pobytu.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Saras Haus verbracht. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist atemberaubend! Die Kommunikation mit Saras Eltern verlief freundlich und zugewandt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns direkt in der Einfahrt begrüßt, als wir angekommen sind. Außerdem gab es einen leckeren Wein als Geschenk. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten und tollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Der Pool sowie die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und immer ordentlich. Es gab leider ein paar kleine (nicht sonderlich störende) Unannehmlichkeiten: die Gardinen waren sehr lichtdurchlässig, wodurch es in der Früh direkt sehr hell im Zimmer war & der Kühlschrank (im gleichen Raum wie das Bett) ist recht laut. Zu Fuß ist der See schnell erreichbar, genauso wie Restaurants und Bars. Das einzige, was eventuell von den Airbnbbeschreibungen abweicht, ist, dass es in Wirklichkeit zwei Wohnungen sind, die sie vermieten. D.h. es kann sein, dass man sich den Pool mit anderen Urlaubern teilen muss. Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Conny’s place exceeded all our expectations. The view from the balcony was magnificent and a joy to wake up to each morning. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The swimming pool was an added bonus as we were able to cool off after each day exploring Malcesine and surrounding areas. So much to see and do. Excellent communication with Conny who kindly picked us up from the bus station and took us to her apartment to check in which we very much appreciated. We would like to return next year and would very much hope to book in at Conny’s.

Nossa estadia com Rafael não poderia ter sido melhor, quer dizer, poderia! Se tivesse durado mais 😂 que lugar incrível! as fotos do airbnb não descrevem a beleza da villa, definitivamente! amigos e familiares, vendo as fotos que postei nas redes sociais, me perguntavam se o lugar era de verdade e, realmente, parede um sonho! a localização é perfeita, bem perto do centro da cidade, facilmente acessível da villa. o quarto é bonito, super bem equipado, super confortável para estadias mais longas. a villa é deslumbrante, com o jardim e as flores mais lindas que já vi. o Rafael é um anfitrião incrível, educado, prestativo e que nos faz sentir em casa! levei meu cachorro e ele pôde passear à vontade pelos jardins, relaxar debaixo das árvores, ele aproveitou tanto! não tenho palavras para agradecer ao Rafael, por tudo! além disso, riva del garda é uma cidade maravilhosa, até agora minha cidade preferida na italia! resumindo: voltaremos com toda a certeza! recomendo absolutamente!

Tolle Lage. Pool, Sauna, Grill … . Gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Im Zentrum von Brixen gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es hat nichts gefehlt und hatte auch nicht unnötig viel Kram rumstehen. Ebenfalls sehr toll war die Kommunikation mit Francesca. Sie hat uns vom Parkplatz abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geführt und hat immer schnell geantwortet.
