Staying at Cabaña Pasatiempo was an absolute delight. The location is peaceful, surrounded by lush nature and just a short walk from the beach and main spots in Sapzurro. The cabin is cozy, clean, and designed to make you feel right at home, with just the right touch of rustic charm and comfort. What truly made our experience exceptional was the local support and warmth we received. Federico went above and beyond, helping us connect with amazing women from the community who prepared some of the most delicious, home-cooked meals we've ever had. Every dish was rich in flavor and made with care, adding a deeply human and authentic dimension to our stay. This place isn’t just about accommodation — it’s about connection. Connection with nature, with local culture, and with people who genuinely want you to enjoy your time. We left not only relaxed and well-fed, but also grateful for the memories. Excellent stay near everything, it allowed us to have everything we needed to enjoy a very pleasant and quiet stay. Lipsy Patricia was always very attentive to us and gave us a very good and successful tour guide to make the most of the beautiful places and the best of the gastronomic offer offered by Sapzurro and La Miel. It was a very pleasant stay, they are very effective with the electric plant which I consider a plus, since we had AC all night, guaranteeing a good rest. The filter water apparently works well because we had no health issues. Daniela always very kind of you. Thanks a lot

As been mentioned before in reviews, photos don’t do this place justice and was our favourite place to stay in our 4 months away. We spent most of our time on the net listening to the waves reading or star gazing, incredible! Highly recommended!!

Capurgana is a dream come true, the landscape, the tranquility and the people are wonderful, Julian is a very good host, totally recommended 👌

Less would have liked more days there , very comfortable , if it doesn't make you think cooking the money you can save if you go large groups is a lot

I felt very comfortable with Marco and Alicia. During the four nights at the end of February, I was the only guest and therefore had the two as well as the two cats, two dogs, chickens and numerous geckos to myself. However, the residents of the house also included larger spiders and whatever else is romping around in the tropical climate near the sea. But you know that in advance and adjust to it. Marco took care of my pickup from the airport in Acandi, Alicia cooked for me nicely every day. From the house you can do numerous hikes, the highlight was certainly the way to Panama (La Miel) via Sapzurro. In the cabana, everything you need is there, but you can't rely on a continuous power supply and thus the Internet is not always available. But you don't come to such areas to surf the net all day. There's so much more, and that's why I'll probably come back.

Simply spectacular, the place is beautiful, cozy, better than in the photos, everything was organized and very clean, you have all the basics and more! It's an incredible place to disconnect, relax and rest, a perfect space for a large group because we all slept very comfortably. Close to everything, easy to find every time we went out. A plus, the hosts pick you up at the dock and take you to the cabin, we loved that, they also give you good recommendations, they are attentive to what we need and facilitate your stay. Really very grateful and happy for the experience in your cozy space. Recommended one hundred percent!!!!

It was a very nice place to stay in a quiet area! You can quickly walk to the beach. Communication was also fabulous! It would be to complain that there was not always a power supply and the nights can get very warm without running fans. But you have to expect that in this place and it was not a big problem for us. So we will be happy to come back!!
